Crescent Cove is a controlled access property located within Palmas Del Mar Resort, a unique beachfront resort. The Villa is on a second level and is steps away from the beach and pool. It has a master bedroom with a Queen size bed a 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 twin size beds. 3 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Sleeps 6 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has a 48" TV in the living room and 32" TV's in all 3 bedrooms. It is served by central air conditioning, cable, internet and free Wi-Fi . Beautifully furnished with renovated kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Spectacular ocean views from the first level balcony, master bedroom and 3rd level balcony. The villa is walking distance from beach, tennis courts and hotel. A truly relaxing and private retreat. Within the 2,760 acres of the complex you can find two golf courses, 20 tennis courts, 3 miles of beaches, horse back riding, miles of jogging path, fishing, marina, snorkeling and fishing excursions, restaurants and stores. Palmas del Mar Athletic passes (PAC) are available when you book this villa. With passes you get discounts for golf, tennis courts. This unit was perfect for our family with two teenagers. Everyone had a comfortable space to sleep and spread out. We loved the closeness to the pool and the beach. Highly recommend Palmas Del Mar as a place to stay in Puerto Rico.

This is a pretty cool place. 3 levels, good size bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The location is near the Palmas Beach Club, which features a water park, multiple pools and a restaurant. The Palmas neighborhood is beautiful. Make sure to rent a golf cart so you can cruise the neighborhood for a couple hours, taking in all the fantastic homes. Nancy (property manager) was a true pleasure to work with. She contacted me throughout our stay to make sure we were doing well and to see if there was anything we needed. I appreciate her special attention. I recommend working with Nancy if you're going to stay in Palmas Del Mar.
