Enjoy the luxury of our stylish freshly renovated apartment, located in a charming little pedestrian street in the heart of Budapest. 80 sqm, 2 bedrooms with 2 private baths, 1 spacious living room, private balcony, AC, fully equipped kitchen for your perfect relaxation. Our apartment is located in a small pedestrian street in the center of Budapest. The surrounding area is classic and elegant. The neighboring streets are full of quality restaurants and cafes, where you can start and end the day. However, our street is peaceful and quite, where you can relax after a long day while still enjoying all the advantages of being in the center. It's a great starting point to see all the sights in the hall 2 min, Gellert Bath Rudas bath 12 min. The public transport from the apartment is very good, you can go anywhere easily. The metro station is just in the corner. Europe's most beautiful tram line (tram line 2) is just across the street in front of the house. Two famous thermal baths (Rudas, Gellért) are within walking distance, across the Danube. The world-famous Great Market Hall just 2mins. Walking distance at the foot of Freedom Bridge. HOUSE RULES - 1. We have no reception desk, the key is given at a pre-arranged time. - 2. Please return all the keys received as agreed previously at the handover. - 3. Please always lock the doors to your apartment, i.e. the street door, the apartment door and the security gate if available. In case any apartment key would be lost you should inform us immediately; the necessary lock and key changes will be charged to you. - 4. The apartment can be used only by our checked-in guests. - 5. Please leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it on arrival. Any damage caused during your stay must be compensated by you. Please respect the cleanliness. - 6. Should you face any problem with the apartment while your stay, please inform us immediately. - 7. At the check out please wash any used dishes and remove any rubbish, leaving the apartment in the same condition as you occupied it. - 8. Pets are not allowed in the apartment . - 9. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden is possible only in the balcony - 10. This point is particularly important and no concessions will be made: Please pay respect to other residents of the house. Please close the doors carefully and silently, stay away from any behavior that can disturb any residents particularly after 9PM. We reserve the right to cancel the service immediately with keeping the whole fee of the rental if we receive any valid complaints from other residents of the house. - 11. We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay. - 12. We do not accept reservations for stag or hen parties, or of football supporters coming to European Championship matches. Thank you for your understanding. In this price is included: Fee of the internet and TV service and monthly building facility -IMPORTANT -For bookings for one or two people only the large bedroom will be prepared for your stay, if you want to have 2 separate bed rooms you need to request it before your arrival and you will be charged an extra 10€ per night .

This space is very pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is itty bitty, but well stocked (we didn't cook anyway, the food in Budapest is amazing!) The location is ideal - easy walk to most places and close to transit for everything else. The check in/out went smoothly - the host provided very clear video instructions to check in. The only downside was some construction on the street outside, but that is temporary. Great space!

The four of us (two couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, well appointed apartment! We had everything we needed, and Stefano was very responsive to our questions. The location is absolutely perfect! One block away is Vaci Utca, where you can shop and dine. One block the other way is the river and trolley line.

Stefano's apartment was absolutely lovely. It's been recently renovated with an updated kitchen and bathrooms while still retaining the old world charm. The location was the best! It is so close to the Market Hall, the river, great restaurants, shopping and more. Our trip couldn't have been better. Detailed instructions for using the appliances, checking in and out, etc. were greatly appreciated. Lovely stay. Thank you so much for this great listing.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place is gorgeous, spacious, clean and Stephano was a perfect host. The instructions for self check-in were very easy and all the information Stephano gave for the apartment were great. We had some issues with the safe and messaged Stephano. He called us and helped us figure it out right of way.
It is right by a pedestrian street with food and shops and is conveniently located to walk to a lot of must see things like St. Stephen's Basilica. We could not have ask for anything else! Perfect place to stay and added to our enjoyment of visiting Budapest!

The apartment was as described. An amazing perfect mixing of modern, quality, sleek interior within a lovely high-ceiling building from Hungary’s historic epoch.
Stefano was conscientious in responding to all questions. There was a small delay due to his having had to go abroad for a shot period.
Only one small suggestion: please get a sharp cutting knife for kitchen!

The property was perfect for us, the location is close to one of the main shopping areas , with lots of restaurants too. We could walk to almost everything,, we did take a taxis across to Buda, only because we were hot! Thank you

Beautiful flat, in a perfect location
We had an excellent stay in this very nice flat. Stefano made the checkin easy with clear video instructions. The flat was immaculate. Traditional, but updated Hungarian flat in a perfect location for either exploring central Pest, or walking across the bridge to the Gellert baths in Buda. Thanks for a brilliant trip.

Lovely and central
As an architect, I must say this was a very well designed and managed property. It was a real pleasure to return to such a lovely apartment after exploring Budapest. Very comfortable and quiet and the refined design helped make our trip feel special. Very central for walking or catching transit. Check-in was super easy with the video and pdf provided. We had no issues so we didn't message Stefano very much but any communication was prompt and friendly. We hope to return and stay here again. Thank you Stefano!

This was a perfect location for our post Viking River cruise stay in Budapest. Host Stefano provided excellent self-check in instructions and communication during our stay. Apartment has all you need and is in a great location, very quiet and only one street over from a main shopping and dining pedestrian promenade. Easy access to everything.

Summer 2021 USA to Budapest
We are a family of three who stayed in the property for a week as part of summer Europe trip from the US. I would recommend the flat to others as a place to stay. Here are my comments about the property in terms of pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Comfortable and well furnished flat. We slept well on the beds. The bathrooms were well set up. Wifi worked fine.
2. Good support and communications from Stefano and his manager Lazslo. If we needed something they handled it promptly.
3. Good but not great location. The flat is one block off the Vaci pedestrian street and one block off the Danube on the Pest side of the river. There are some scenic spots in the area. However, you are at the quiet end of the Vaci and maybe one district down from the livelier area of Pest. You are also a little walk away from metro/tram stops.
4. Flat had a good galley kitchen with nespresso and coffee pods. You need to do an inventory though and go to the store if you want to cook much.
Cons:
1. The second bedroom gets hot in the summer due to the one a/c unit being in the living room.
2. No onsite parking if you care about that.
3. Patio is small and gets hot fairly early in the day in the summer so it’s really only useful early morning or later evening.
Bottom line: We enjoyed the flat and would definitely recommend it to others. The owners were helpful and it’s a nice place to stay.

Perfect, Absolutely perfect!
We spent two full weeks exploring and enjoying Budapest. The location of this home away is ideal. Central Market, many great restaurant choices, public transportation a few blocks away, everything is within easy reach. Could not have been better location for us. The Space is very comfortable. Everything we needed, beds comfortable. Spaces updated, clean and just as it shows in the photos. We would absolutely stay there again, and totally recommend it. Loved the sights and sounds of this city. Hope to return in the future

Very nice property in the prime of Budapest. Lovely apartment with convenient and quiet location. Enjoyable stay and Stefano was a pleasure to deal with. Extra toiletries for 5 days for 4 adults would have been nice however.

We had an amazing time in Budapest. Giovanni was friendly and helpful. Stefano was responsive online. The apartment was in a great location near the Danube and a block away from pedestrian Váci Utca. Decor is gorgeous. We used the small balcony often. Good restaurants near by. Overall very positive experience!

Great location, just like the pictures
We were visiting Budapest for our first time and the apartment was great. It is just like the pictures, very spacious, finished very nicely, very clean and in great condition. We would give it five stars but for the area rug in the living room with stains which would be easy to replace and the beds which were very hard.
Stefano arranged for an airport taxis which made it much easier to get in to the City and meet with Giovanni for the check in. Giovanni was great and made the check-in easy with a good orientation for our stay.
The apartment is in a great location to access all of the City's attractions and endless number of good restaurants. An Indian restaurant called Rajkot Palace just three blocks away was superb and a great experience and Trattoria Pomo D'Oro close to the four seasons was our other favourite restaurant. Having heard such great reviews of Chef Cafe across the street from the apartment we tried it one night for dinner but unfortunately were very disappointed with the quality of the food although the staff were very friendly and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. In addition to all the fantastic architecture and sights of the City, the open roof top bar at the Hotel Clark has spectacular views of the Chain Bridge and the Parliament, a great atmosphere, music and drinks. Well worth a drink or two.
All in all, a great trip to a beautiful City.

A great week staying in this beautiful apartment
We've just returned from a 7 night stay at this apartment and we all agreed that it was exactly as described and as shown in the photographs.
The location is excellent and is central to all of the tourist attractions - most attractions are within walking distance but we did make use of the trams and metro, especially the number 2 tram which runs along the riverside and has some great views.
The apartment has everything that you could need of you were self catering and we made use of the washing machine several times as we only took hand luggage.
The communication with Stefano was excellent and we were greeted by Giovanni on arrival despite the fact that we were over an hour late with a flight delay and slow baggage reclaim.
Overall we had a great week's stay and I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit this beautiful city.

Excellent Flat in All Aspects (June 25-July 3, 2018)
The flat is very well designed, furnished, appointed, supplied, and equipped. Very comfortable for three people. It's also well priced. Very good lighting and ventilation; we never had to use the air conditioning. Security was good. Generally quiet (a bit city-noisy in the 6:00-8:00 am timeframe). The bedrooms (beds), bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry facilities are excellent. We especially appreciated that the shower doors do not leak! There were plentiful (very good) towels and bed linens. The flat is wonderfully located for public transport: trams, Metro, and busses. Taxify had no problem finding the apartment (or destinations). Easy access to Buda. Close to most Pest tourist attractions. The location is one block from the Danube, (lots of restaurants and cafes) and one block from a major pedestrian street, Váci utica, (lots of restaurants and cafes). The Central Market and a good bakery are nearby at Fövám ter; there is a good bodega next door (coffee, tea, wine,etc.), a grocery around the corner, and an excellent restaurant (Chef Cafe) across the street (reservations essential). Giovanni gave an excellent introduction to the flat. The airport transfers, both arriving and departing worked very well and were reasonably priced. We highly recommend.

Charming and comfortable apartment in good location.
Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated . Well equipped kitchen. I would certainly stay there again. A few things I would have liked to have known: the neighborhood can be noisy at night which is a problem if you like to sleep with the windows open. The pillows are polyester (not my preference). The bath products provided are generic—bring your own if you are picky. No wash cloth—bring your own if you use one. There is an elevator, but for some mystifying reason it requires a flight of stairs to reach it, so if you have a problem carrying your own suitcase you will need help taking it up or down a flight upon arrival and departure.

Gorgeous Apartment in perfect location!!
My family and I (two adults and two teenage children) were fortunate to find this apartment on VRBO and absolutely loved staying there during our week in Budapest. Stefano was extremely helpful and always replied promptly to all requests, including last minute arrival changes. We took Stefano's advice and had a taxi driver meet us at the airport, which was wonderful because he took us directly to the apartment, where Giovanni was waiting to greet us. The whole arrival process was seamless!
Now for the apartment, it is located one block off the Vací Utca,which is the main pedestrian walking district through Budapest, and one block the other way is the Danube. The location couldn't have been more perfect.
The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with ultra modern bathrooms and kitchen. We had everything we could have wanted and more. There is a charming balcony off the living room which is a nice place to sit for a few minutes in the morning.
Overall, Stefano and Giovanni made our once in a lifetime trip to Budapest very memorable in the most positive way! Molto Grazi!

A lovely respite apartment steps away from the Vaci utcā with great architectual finishes in a soft, relaxing pallet. Espesially appreciated the ergonomic-designed faucets, shower heads, cabinetry, and appliances. The balconey area was sweet. Would definitely return. Nearby marketplace with its beautuful bounty and restaurant Fatal with its generous portions to carry “home” became quick favorites. Nothing is lacking here.

Beautiful apartment - quiet but central, great service
We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful, well equipped apartment in a perfect, central location. Only a few steps to the Danube, and to Vaci Utca - but still quiet and extremely comfortable. Easy access to all the key sites in Budapest, with metro and tram stations close by - the public transport system in Budapest is first class. The service was excellent too - from our first contact with Stefano, our taxi trips with Tamas, and the great welcome from Giovanni. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
