A relaxing and comfortable house to stay. Moments from good ristorantes and easy for trips into Syracuse, Note and even Taormina. Our major complaint was the lack of a kettle.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The pool is fantastic, access to the beach is very easy and we were very comfortable throughout. The garden and lemon grove setting is also very beautiful. The hosts were also so kind and accommodating - due to the fire at Catania airport we arrived very late at night and without our planned rental car.Salvatore and Francesca helped up pick up late night pizzas and drove us to the supermarket the next day to pick up food. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Avola region!

We had a wonderful week in this house. It is nicely secluded in a lemon grove and within walking distance of the beach. The house is spacious, has an almost new kitchen and bathroom and outdoor bathroom. All around is a beautiful spacious garden with lots of shade. The pool is clean and big. Opposite the house is a beautiful outdoor BBQ. The house has air conditioning in the living room. With us it was extremely hot, so the air conditioning was insufficient for the downstairs bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom has a fan. There is a nice large roof terrace. The host lives a little further away and is super friendly and helpful and offers his guests complete privacy. In short, a super nice place that I recommend to everyone.

This is a great place to stay with your family. Charming surroundings, a great pool and with a friendly and polite host family living near by. Any problems or questions were solved at once. We would love to come back one day.

Villa Corrado is a charming villa in beautiful grounds and a great base to explore the east side of Sicily. The hosts were very helpful and always on hand if you need them. We had everything we needed and thorough enjoyed our stay. We’d love to return one day!

We had a lovely holiday at Salvatore and Francesca's house. The setting is magnificent and the beach walkable. More beautiful beaches are a short drive. Avola is nothing special but Siracusa is 20 mins away and Noto is also very near. Salvatore and Francesca were really welcoming and the swimming pool is big and has a lovely view of the mountains.

Great for kids. Pool is awesome. Only issues were that air con is downstairs in the lounge only and that the fourth bedroom is really just a single bed on the landing to the upstairs terrace area with no door or light or fan or air con, and since heat rises and air con is downstairs it gets very hot there. I would recommend putting a second air con unit up there and creating some kind of door or even curtain arrangement to turn it into an actual separate room!

Gorgeous secluded villa in a lovely lemon grove. Very close to local amenities but you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Avola is a delightful town and not too touristy. Great beaches just a five minutes walk.

"Very nice location. The lemonyard is great. What a nice smell! Very nice cities and caves to visit in the neighbourhood (you really need a car for that). House was very clean and there were a lot of toys for our little son. We felt very welcome!"

"Everything was perfect and in Avola we were welcomed by the owners. The house was easy to find. We were amazed of the truth that we lived in a house that was in the midle of a lemon plantation. The house had a realy big balcony and had really great equipment. The supermarket and the sea were easily to reach. 30 mins with a car was the Cava Grande, a spectacular nature park were we enjoyed the sun and the fresh mountain water. We had a very nice and really good stay in this house. We recommend this villa to everyone."

"The house was clean and basic, but certainly cosy, especially the bedrooms, with great beds. We missed a big couch or sofa (we were there during nasty weather and had to stay inside a few nights).The outside porch/terrace was convenient; on chilly evenings you could still relax outside. On the roof there is a good terrace as well, with a sea view.The lemon orcheard is beautifull and you can pick your own mandarins (in oktober we could). In the distance you can hear some traffic. The nearest beach is 500 metres away, but quite small and a bit shabby. The smoother beaches of Noto can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Great location to explore the reagion. Syracuse, Noto, natural parks and lots more to be seen... We recommend it to people who are looking for a good and basic accomodation in nice surroundings. The owner and his sister only speak Italian and very very very little French, but the were very friendly, so there were no problems. "
