There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, as well as an additional bathroom. The ensuite room has a king size double bed and room for a cot, and two twin rooms have zip and link beds which can be combined to form a double. There are stairs from the main hall down to the lower ground floor. On the lower ground floor are the cinema lounge with bar area with wine fridge, 2 bedrooms, one of which has a king sized double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other room has twin zip and link beds which can be arranged as 2 singles or as a double. There is also a further shower room serving the other bedroom. The Cinema lounge and bar is 15 feet by 32 feet, and has four triple sofas, two armchairs, and 6 bar stools. This is in addition to the main kitchen on the ground floor which is the one designed for communal dining, as it has a table which can seat up to 20 in comfort. OUTSIDE 1 acre garden with lovely rural views, south facing with path outside leading to coast path. 2 large terraces for dining, barbecuing or sunbathing, 1 with 7 person hot tub, indoor pool both open all year. On the ground floor terrace immediately off the main kitchen is a table and chairs for 16 complete with large barbecue for outside dining with lovely view.
