The location was great, there were a lot of facilities provided like washing machine, hair dryer, hangers etc
Could have been bit more than clean, other than that everything was great.

Spotlessly clean, sparkly throughout, and very comfortable. Check-in was smooth even after midnight, and the host was welcoming and helpful. Had a genuinely lovely stay.
There was a slightly odd smell on arrival nothing major, but the room could benefit from being aired a bit longer between guests.

The location was a little bit complex but using navigation found it. We didn't arrange for breakfast we prepaired ourselves.
It was a quiet neighborhood and more quiet being in the back yard.
The only disadvantage of this place was its location 4th floor and without elevator and the luggage in our hands after a tired travel from Venice it seemed to us difficult . Anyway this happened in the past and our departure was delayed a little bit
