Die nähe zur Natur und Tiere, die beiden Hunde Luna und Tara, Essen war lecker, Personal sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, mann konnte Rechnungen auf das Zimmer nehmen und alles am Schluss bezahlen. Der Hauswart William hat uns die kleinen Äffchen gezeigt am morgen. Auch touren bitten sie an und sind dabei sehr flexibel. Viele Anbieter holen dich nämlich nicht in einem Hotel ab das so weit weg ist. Hotel bietet den Service an dich nach unten zu fahren wo dich der Wagen der Tour abholen kommt. Fand ich super. Auch hat das Zimmer in dem wir waren ein RIEEEESSEN BETT. Das war mega cool.
Der kleine Kosmetikspiegel war schmutzig und hatte Fingerabdrücke drauf. Ich musste bevor ich im Hotel war meine Daten angegeben und dann während dem Check in nochmals. Für was gebe ich dann meine Daten vorher an wen ich es so oder so nochmals machen muss? Leider hat mir beim check in oder am nächsten Tag gefehlt das mir jemand die Touren anbietet oder mir zeigt was ich so in der umgehung machen kann. Ich arbeite selbst in der Hotellerie deswegenbin ich was das angeht echt pingelig. Aber ich habe wirklich nicht viel zu meckern. Wir kommen wieder.

El hotel es bonito, camas cómodas y el servicio de limpieza es excelente, personal amable.
Falta de transparencia en la movilidad, online dice transporte gratuito, por eso opté de estar en este hotel, pensé que estaban organizados para hacer accesible ir al centro de la ciudad, pero resulta que solo un transporte está incluido, los demás se paga y como el hotel no está cerca de la ciudad la estadía viene a ser muy cara, prácticamente otro presupuesto solo para movilidad e ir al centro de la ciudad.. si sabía que los transportes no estaban incluidos no hubiera escogido alojarme en este hotel.
