Very handy apartment with everything you would need, especially for a longer stay. Aidan allowed a slightly later check out for me and left things for breakfast. Easy check in and plenty of beds to choose from if you prefer a back room. Thank you!

It’s an old apartment, but for the price I wasn’t expecting much, so it delivered on that front. The apartment is above an old pub, but that didn’t feel odd or disruptive to me. One of the showers is amazingly powerful — the other is the total opposite, so a bit of a mixed bag there. The bed linen was hotel quality, and the apartment was very well cleaned overall. The car parking area is well illuminated. It was easy to find and communication with the host was easy throughout. I would stay again.
There were a few maintenance issues that need attention. The microwave has a strong burnt smell and urgently needs to be replaced — it’s not safe or pleasant to use in this condition. The bin compartment is too old and no longer functions properly, so it needs replacing as well.
There was also a persistent strong odor in the stairway and kitchen. An electric aroma plug in these areas would go a long way toward fixing that in the meantime, though it doesn’t replace addressing the source of the smell.
These are all fixable issues, and I hope the host addresses them soon for future guests.

Has all the facilities you need for a self catering stay, host had left milk and Basic supplies along with clean fresh toweks
A bit dated, wall paper coming away etc but for the money was well worth it, seemed a bit strange staying above a boarded up pub
