About this villa rental
Villa full of character, located in a privileged area with an excellent sea view. It has 3 bedrooms, but accommodates 7 people. It is 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15m walk from Praia da Luz. Located in a quiet area is the ideal spot for those who want to enjoy a quiet holiday with splendid days in the sun with sea views. Balconies spacious enough to enjoy a dinner at sunset. The pool area is spacious and overlooks the sea, offers a safe area for children featuring a reserved area in the pool. The main entrance gives access to the living / dining room with fireplace, here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen. On the lower floor we have 3 bedrooms with single beds, and the master bedroom there is an extra bed, ideal for couples with smaller children. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is private. It has parking space in front of the house. It has air conditioning.

Beautiful location, the villa is very close to the beach front and cafes. The Villa is wonderfully spaced out with en- suite bedrooms, a large sitting room space, dining room and modern kitchen.The outside Swimming Pool ( heated) and gardens are fabulous. Many thanks to Pedro and Catalina for kindly leaving some groceries as we were arriving late. I highly recommend this Villa if you require additional space, or traveling as a large group ( 8 ) See you again soon guys

The pool was lovely and comfortably warm until the owner turned the heating down two days before our departure.Unfortunately, there was no response to our calls or texts until the evening before we left, which was disappointing.Future guests should be aware that they wilneed to purchase all cleaning supplies, dishwasher and laundry tablets, and loo rolls, as well as any condiments — only the bare minimum are provided. On the positive side, the gardens are beautifully maintained and add real charm to the property.If the same level of care was given to the pool and outdoor lighting, this Villa could easily merit five stars. During our stay, there was no lighting around the pool, and several pool tiles were missing, some floating about the water giving it a slightly tired appearance. Although we reported the issue promptly, the electrician didn’t arrive until the next day and explained that the pool lights being faulty is a long-standing fault that couldn’t be fully addressed due to ongoing bookings!!Given the price point, expectations are understandably high. It’s a lovely Villa with great potential — and with some electrical investment in the pool, lighting, and general upkeep, it could truly offer an exceptional experience.Caterina did her best to help but could only suggest that we use the pool without lighting which again was a key reason for choosing this Villa.Would I book again? Yes - if I was guaranteed that these issues were resolved as it did impact.

Great location, beautiful house. Unfortunately, air conditioning in the main living areas were not functioning and other issues did not get resolved during the stay.

We had a wonderful time at the house with our family. Even with a party of eight the house offer ample space and room for everyone. The heated pool was perfect even in winter and the outside space was amazing. Only thing to mention is that the house is quite humid im winter but that is to be expected in the climate so close to the ocean.
Diana and her team were perfect hosts and made our stay wonderful!
