I'm not sure but I think there is no air conditioning.

Centrally located and room was big enough for one person even with a double bed. It was clean and I felt safe as a single traveller.
There were no kettle facilities which, but a lovely coffee shop over the road.
It was easy access to the room with electronic security keypads to use. It had several steps to the room which was a difficult challenge as I walk with a crutch.
Its quiet but no staff available.
The steps at the entrance to the apartments which would be extremely slippy on wet days.

The hotel is self check in, it was very easy to enter the room, beds very comfortable, everything was super clean, pillows very good.
it was a bit hard to find the location at night.

Good location, there are common spaces and kitchen facilities.
I have stayed there 2 times, you pay the same for any room, but some rooms are smaller and not comfortable for 2 people egile some are a little bit bigger.
The shower curtain seems not very clean.
