Owned by a lovely family. So kind and very helpful. Also the price of their food in their restaurant is cheaper than others. And the place and view were amazing.
The ac in my room somehow not getting cold. And the curtains. I think darker is better. Because it’s sunny in the morning and becomes hotter inside the room.

Gamat Homestay is such a beautiful hidden gem in Nusa Penida! We booked the cab to property and our driver was very polite and experienced. The highlight is the pool overlooking the breathtaking ocean... such a beautiful and peaceful spot to relax. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the food is really good. Amok Sunset nearby is also perfect for a sundowner evening. Overall, a lovely place for a short trip to Nusa Penida and definitely worth a stay!
The road to get there is a little rough, but once you arrive, it’s totally worth it.

The view was amazing as described but the road to the house was so terrible I had to give taxi driver more money. There is nothing to do there except going to the bay and without excellent scooter skills and a scooter you are simply stuck there! However, Gamat Bay was a short walk away and swimming there was good! 👍🏻
Too remote and still couldn’t sleep due to dogs barking at night for hours and neighbour throwing up all night ( walls are very thin!!). It’s a property with lots of potential but unfortunately building rubbish has been dumped everywhere around the pool and restaurant which spoilt the experience somewhat. The room was vey very basic and in need of renovation… the staff is nice but speaks very little English .
