Beautiful, recently remodeled 2500 sqft. 6 BR, 2.5 BA home in historic Tower Grove South. 9' ceilings and beautifully restored hardwood floors. Fenced back yard with covered carport. Perfect for large groups! Kid friendly with plenty of amenities: Strollers, high chairs, toddler bed, pack n play, kid's toys & books available! Close to Everything: Zoo, Forest park, Science center, Downtown, Tower Grove Park, and South Grand. Quiet, friendly neighborhood! Sleeping arrangements (Sleeps 15 privately, 4 semi-privately (pass through): Bedroom 1 (downstairs): 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Bedroom 3: 2 twin over full bunk beds Bedroom 4: 1 double bed, 1 single bed (trundle) Bedroom 5/Ensuite: 1 King bed Bedroom 6: 1 Full over Full Bunk bed + 1 toddler bed (pass-through room adjoining master bedroom and bath, separated by a curtain) The Space: Our house offers ample space for large groups, yet cozy common areas allow your group to spend time together. A large front porch complements the fresh indoor living areas and fenced back yard. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: We are close to everything St. Louis has to offer! -5.0 mi (10 min) from Busch Stadium -5.5 mi from America's Center Convention Center and The Gateway Arch -5.0 mi from St. Louis Zoo and St. Louis Science Center, (both are Free!) -4.2 mi to Scottrade Center -2.5 mi to Historic Soulard and Anheuser-Busch Brewery -18 mi (25 min) from STL Airport Guest access: Guests will be able to use the house, porch, and back yard. Basement and balcony are off limits. Guests are welcome to use our grill on the back deck but please check propane tank prior to using! Interaction with guests: We are always available to help you with recommendations and are only a phone call away in the case any issues come up. The neighborhood: Tower Grove South is a diverse and eclectic neighborhood. It is flanked by two popular commercial districts located along Morgan Ford to the west and South Grand to the east. From funky neighborhood bars to haute ethnic cuisine (Ethiopian, Persian, Vietnamese, American and Bosnian to name a few), TGS has a little something for everyone. The shining star of our neighborhood is the 289 acre Tower Grove Park 0.5mi to the north, which hosts a Saturday Farmer's Market in the warm season and countless festivals and events throughout the year. Getting around: There is ample street parking, as well as our covered 2-car carport in the backyard accessible by the alley. Please observe street sweeping signs. Having a car or relying on ride sharing services/cabs is recommended as public transportation is several blocks away. Other things to note: NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. Please remember that this is our home. Please treat our home as your own during your stay. House Rules: - Check-in is after 3PM - Checkout is before 10AM. Guests and/or belongings present after checkout will be charged for an additional day. - No loud music or noise louder than soft talking outdoors after 9PM - Clean and put away dishes - Take out garbage (dumpsters in alley behind house - brown for trash, blue for recycling only please) - Strip linens off used beds, leave on floor - Please treat our home as if it were your own and be respectful of our neighbors

We were in STL for 2 days taking our 6 grandchildren ages (15months-11) to the Arch & City museum. The house was within 10-15 minutes of these & as advertised in the listing. Emily, the host was very responsive & pleasant to deal with. The code lock on the door made it easier if we divided up not to deal with a key (you do have to pull it firmly when leaving for the lock to easily work). The house was well stocked with plenty of beds for our crew & we loved the toys/highchair for the 15 month old we had. We had no issues with safety of our vehicles both on the street & in carport.

Spacious w/ SO many sleeping options! 1st FL BR = huge win for the older folks in our group who ONLY had to manage the stairs to shower. And, a sound machine in each bedroom is something I always thought EVERY short-term rental ought to offer! Would recommend a window + kitchen cabinet/drawer spring clean. Also have to echo the comments of prior guests that (given the number of people this property can accommodate) figuring out a way to squeeze out a few more TV's + another "gathering space" (maybe in the foyer?) would be 'chefs kiss'! We had some reservations about the neighborhood initially, but it ended up being super chill/quiet! A great stay overall. We LOVED the large dining table + well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our stay at this home was excellent point the amount of space, the cleanliness of the space, the location in vicinity to many local attractions, and all of the amenities provided an excellent experience to us and all of our guests. I would recommend this location to any one looking for an elegant experience on the southside of St. Louis

This was a great home base to catch-up with my cousin and her family as well as include my dad. Great set-up for both kids and adults — plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms. Easy access to the City Museum and the Arch. The owner also included helpful tips on nearby restaurants. We had a great time catching up with extended family and exploring St Louis!

We enjoyed our stay. The layout and number of bedrooms was perfect for our group of 2 families. We had 4 adults and 6 kids including an infant and the bedroom options were perfect. Our only suggestion would be better living room furniture. The chairs were not very comfortable and there wasn’t enough space for all 10 of us to sit comfortably and watch a movie together. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! The host was wonderful!

Emily made the process of booking super easy and she was super helpful. The property was well stocked with items for our group to use. She thought of lots of things. This house was great for the kiddos. She had a closet with toys, strollers and highchairs. Great house to stay in for our large family.

Lots of places to sleep so if the bed wasn’t a great fit for you there were many more options. Tons of space for family to spread out. Only wish there was a little more seating in the family room. Had everything you would need from towels, pillows, bathroom supplies and a ton of items if you were bringing along little ones. Even has private parking so no hassle finding a spot for your two cars. Would highly recommend

2 families together for Spring Break - 9 people total. We had plenty of sleeping space and room for everyone! 5 of the party were children who slept in the bunk room so they did wish there was more than one TV in the house but that was the only complaint they had for night time winding down! Close to everything we wanted to do! Communication with Emily was always quick and easy and the house had everything we needed!

Large house in quiet urban location
Easy check in and check out. Central located for activities and sight seeing. House is roomy, plenty of sleeping areas. Our family stayed four nights while we were in St. Louis for a family wedding. The owner was very helpful, responded quickly to our questions. Would recommend for families or group getaways. Great set up for families with kids!

Perfect home away from home
We spent almost a week in this lovely home with our children and grandchildren (12 of us). The home is exactly as listed. It is arranged so that the babies and children had space to sleep well and the adult beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean which is a big deal to us. The dining room table accommodated all of us so we could eat together. There is a thermostat on each floor which was incredibly helpful since the weather was so hot when we were in St. Louis. The location is perfect for so many popular landmarks. We used three parking spots, the two provided in the carport and one on the street and we never had any problem being able to park right in front of the house. Emily sent us ideas of things we might want to do in the area which was incredibly helpful. She communicated extremely quickly when we had a couple of questions. We highly recommend this home.

Plenty of room and comfort for everyone. We even made a wedding cake in the kitchen! This home is exactly as shown in the listing. The floors are a bit creaky, which was fine with us, but want future renters to be aware if travelling with babies. Communication with the owner was easy and quick.

Family Spring Break Trip
Emily was awesome to work with. She answered all of my questions and was warm and friendly. The house itself was great. There was plenty of room to accommodate 12 of us and the space was very clean and organized. The house was located within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to experience including The City Museum, the arch, the zoo, and Union Station. Great experience! So happy with our stay.

Grandma’s Funeral - Family Gathering
We needed to accommodate multiple family members before and after the funeral. This VRBO met our needs for housing and gathering. The owner was very helpful and responsive.
The house has been updated and looks very nice. The kitchen was well stocked.
We thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite comfortable. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same about the living room. Our group had many tall men and the low furniture presented challenges.

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 7 children (ages 1-13) who travelled from different states to be together. We have lots of great memories. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed plus more! Great owners. Emily kept in touch, was always available, and very accommodating! We highly recommend this house and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Superior Comfort…
We were traveling to St. Louis for the ISA gymnastics championships and this was the perfect house for our small team and their parents. The house was spacious and clean just as pictured on the site.
