Deck with outdoor cooker. Fully carpeted. Cable; internet. Sinks in every bedroom. Close to grocery stores, churches, movies. Farmers Market - summer/fall Saturdays. Cross country skiing at Blueberry Lake & Ole's Cross Country Ski. Internet, DVD, VCR, cable. Aerobics, indoor and outdoor swimming, squash, gym, rock climbing at Sugarbush Sports Center. Mad River Massage. Live theatre. Birdwatching. Mad River Recreation Path along river. Robert Trent Jones course at Sugarbush Golf Course. 12/15-3/31 No seasonal renting. N.B./// From February 17th to March 22nd 2023 the max. guest allowed would be 10 to 12 persons. House Location and Extras: On our own acre of property; tree studded lot; cannot see any neighbors from windows of house. Private. Outdoor wood burning chimanea. Outdoor grills. Built in bed in Living Room - lie around on apres ski, take a nap, etc. Views: We overlook Sugarbush Ski Area, Sugarbush South Ski Area, and Mad River Glen. You can see all three resorts from our front windows. Fall season is spectacular. Summer is very green and plush. Bedrooms: : 3 bedrooms downstairs sleep 3, 3, 4. They are bunkbeds (wider than normal). Fully carpeted. Sinks in each bedroom. Upstaris bedroom has a queen bed and a sink. The house sleeps 12 easily. There is a sleeping loft over the upstairs bathroom where two (preferably children) could sleep. BYO sheets and towels. Blankets and pillows supplied. This means you must bring your own sheets and towels. They are not supplied!! Getting laundry done in Vermont is a problem. There are some extra towels there; if you use them, please laundry them and put them back where you found them. Thanks!!

The downside: you bring your own sheets and towels. The upside: pretty much everything else. 3 bunk beds with 3, 3 and 4 beds plus a room with queen sized bed for the people in charge gives great flexibility for hosting people; the dining room table seats 12 and there are comfortable couches and a nice ski decor. We went in the summer; can't comment on how easy the driveway would be in the winter.

This property has sleeping room for the entire family and a great room with lots of areas for relaxing as well as large dining area. Kitchen is well equipped with access to a spacious deck with a grill and furniture. Just watch out for the bear in the kitchen! (Totally tame of course!)

This is the second time that we have stayed in Evelyn’s cabin. We loved it so much the first time, we booked again. This last visit was for our son’s graduation from Norwich University; therefore, I don’t know when the next time we’ll return to Vermont. If and when we do come back for a visit, I’ll be contacting Evelyn again. Thank you, Evelyn! You’ve made the VRBO experience extremely smooth and easy.

We had a great time staying here for a guys Ski Trip to sugarbush. Great big room to hang out and relax with the group after a day of skiing. kitchen worked well for us to cook breakfast and dinner. Good location as it's a very short drive to Sugarbush Resort. Would stay there again with a group of we ski Sugarbush.

This is a great ski house. It was just my daughter and me staying here. The house was very clean and comfy. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils/appliances you need. Checkin process and owner communication was easy. It is very close to Waitsfield shops and restaurants. You will definitely need AWD/4WD to get up the dirt road to the house, it was pretty muddy when we were there. I would rent this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our ski weekend. Plenty of room for us. Fifteen minutes to Sugarbush and to Mad River Glen. Comfy place. Great layout and amenities. We would definitely rent from this gracious host again.

We rented this wonderful property to visit my daughter for family weekend at College. Plenty of space for all of 8 of us! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking etc ! Perfect place for gathering and relaxing! Highly recommend this property. Jeff and Evelyn were wonderful to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had .

We are repeat customers for this property and very much enjoy the location, close to downtown Waitsfield, and to Sugarbush. Evelyn is a very gracious host and it is very easy to communicate, check in and the area. We love the space for many people to spread out, has a great deck off the kitchen to hang out on with a grill. There is plenty of room to handle a larger crown around the living room and dining area. It is a pleasure to be able to rent this property and we will definitely be back. Thank you Evelyn!!

We were in Vermont for my son's graduation from college. We ended up having a total of 9 people in our group staying with us. The chalet was well equipped and suitable for our needs. Evelyn and her son Jeff were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Only downside were the beds, but that's most places. Would definitely stay here (possibly in two years when my other son graduates) Derek

We had a fun few days in this great spot! Awesome location near everything in Waitsfield. Minutes from the mountains, swimming holes, shops and restaurants (and Lawson’s finest liquids). Very private and peaceful location up a hill with two nice decks that feel like a tree house. We’ll definitely come back!

this home is a classic "ski club" vibe,,, three bedroom downstairs with bunk beds and one bedroom upstairs. smallish kitchen but a great open liviing room dining room community room (with decks off two sides) great for family gatherings
