About this bed and breakfast
Situated in Ivins, this charming bed and breakfast for $95 per night is a great option for your next trip. This beautiful guest house is located among the red rocks of Southern Utah. It is a perfect "couples get away from it all" kind of place with access to many amenities. Enjoy the resort style living, taking days for sight seeing, bike riding on the trails,hiking or just lying around the pool or going out for dinner at nearby restaurants or just "cooking in". This lovely 1000 square foot home includes private entry, garage, pool and RV parking. Magnificent views surround the property. The home is wheelchair accessible, has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, ironing board, vacuum, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, linens and anything you probably need to bring the utmost comfort. This is a non-smoking home with a queen-size bed and an air mattress is available as well. For your entertainment there is a large Dish TV as well as WIFI. You will have an extra large pantry, extra large closets, a big walk-in shower with a bench, as well as access to the laundry room. Special attractions nearby: St. George is only 8 miles away with many points of interest; Zion National Park and all it's beauty with a shuttle service taking you thru the park is only a short drive away of 37 miles (45 minutes); The Tuachon center of the Arts is only 2 miles from "home"; Kayenta Art Village in only 2 miles as well. We are within walking distance to Ivins City Center; along with Rocky Mountain University and Southern Utah Veterans Home a short 1/2 mile drive or walk, Snow Canyon Park is a short 3 mile drive where you can spend hours on trails, picnicking or ?? Gunlock Reservoir is a beautiful short 10 mile drive. This beautiful and cozy guest home is a true vacation paradise. You will be close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Whether you choose to tour this gorgeous area or just lay by the pool or sit in the porch swing with a good book and stretch out staring at the starry sky in the quiet of your special time in the beautiful Red Rocks of Utah! Yearly Events include St.George Marathon, St. George Iron Man, Huntsman Senior Games along with the Parade of Homes. Please Note: This property is limited to Adults 21 and over only. No children allowed.

The hosts were very friendly, communicative, and accommodating, and the home is clean and comfortable. It is a detached "granny flat" in a secluded backyard, and it includes your own 2 car garage to park your car. The bed was very comfortable (much more so than a previous VRBO that I rented in Ivins.) I also appreciated that there was a TV in the bedroom in addition to the living room one, as I like to watch movies to fall asleep (we used our Firestick to access streaming services.)
We will definitely try to stay here again when visiting family in Ivins!

It is a guesthouse in a beautifully designed back yard with everything you need. Cozy living room, comfortable bedroom, well organized kitchen and spacious bathroom.
Hiking trails near by, some within walking distance.
The hosts are super friendly and willing to help whenever needed, but give you the amount of privacy you desire.
All in all the best place to stay in Ivins.

My husband and I stayed a week at the guest house. It was immaculately clean, well stocked with items, such as dishes, towels, garbage bags, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Cal and Wendy were very attentive, without being intrusive. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, sights to see, grocery stores, etc. We had full access to the pool and laundry room. It was a great stay! I would highly recommend it!

This was my best stay HANDS DOWN!! This home was beautiful, inviting, serene, and total privacy. I felt like I lived there (because I wanted to lol). Wendy and Cal are the best hosts!! They were like good friends immediately, yet they were so respectful of our privacy. They made sure we were comfortable and happy at every turn! They recommended the best places to see and eat!! We will choose this stay every chance we get!!

Wendy & Cal are just the nicest and easiest people to communicate with!!! Their cottage is one of the best vaca-rentals we've ever stayed in...comfortable, sparkling clean, lovely decor, beautiful grounds, our own garage and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need.
It was easy to find and an easy drive over to Zion National Park. And just a couple of miles from the charming Kayenta Art Village. We also loved sitting & relaxing by the pool in the evenings!

Wow!!! Everything about this stay was five stars. It started out with excellent communication from the property owners; they were welcoming and readily available for any questions. The mini-home is absolutely adorable. Full-size kitchen, huge bathroom and enough space to lounge and relax. It was super clean, quiet and well-equipped. The grounds are beautiful. The location is about a mile from Snow Canyon. The general area is lovely as well. I can't imagine there being a better mini-home or property owners in all of St. George. This is hands down the best short-term-rental I've ever stayed at.

Cal & Wendy are great hosts! When you arrive, you text them and they immediately open the private garage (where you can park during your stay) and provide you with a garage door opener and keys. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated; we felt relaxed the moment we stepped inside. They have stocked the unit with everything you might need during your stay. There are lots of brochures of things to do if you are new to the area. We enjoyed our stay and especially enjoyed the peace and quiet at night after returning from days filled with activities.

Cal and Wendy were absolutely wonderful hosts warm, friendly and attentive in every way! The Casita was beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home. RV parking was provided free of charge. They also provided copious information on things to do and see in the greater St George area. We enjoyed our two month stay so much that we have already booked another two months stay in 2024.

Awesome guest house and hosts! The location is great, neighborhood is nice and quiet and it’s easy to drive to all your desired destinations during your stay. Hosts Wendy and Cal are wonderful, the communication is great and they are very accommodating. Guest house is separate from the main house. A big plus is the 2-car garage to park in and access to the pool in the backyard. Guest house is well-appointed, queen-size bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is almost as big as the bedroom. I couldn't have been luckier to find such a fantastic place to stay for the weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

This wast he best property we have ever stayed with VRBO. The place was clean, neat, well-appointed, and had a private pool. The location was perfect for exploring Snow Canyon and Tuachan. Wendy and Cal were gracious hosts who made the visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

A Wonderful Vacation Spot
We had such a great time at Cal and Wendy’s! The casita was our own little place, access to an awesome pool, and such a peaceful location.

Our stay in Ivins was wonderful. Our hosts could not have kinder. They were very welcoming and offered us many ideas of things to do in the area. The rental was quiet, spacious, very clean and extremely functional. The pool was perfect and right outside our door for afternoon dips when we returned home. We look forward to a chance to stay there again.
