About this bed and breakfast
This beautiful guest house is located among the red rocks of Southern Utah. It is a perfect "couples get away from it all" kind of place with access to many amenities. Enjoy the resort style living, taking days for sight seeing, bike riding on the trails,hiking or just lying around the pool or going out for dinner at nearby restaurants or just "cooking in".
This lovely 1000 square foot home includes private entry, garage, pool and RV parking. Magnificent views surround the property. The home is wheelchair accessible, has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stove, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, ironing board, vacuum, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, linens and anything you probably need to bring the utmost comfort.
This is a non-smoking home with a queen-size bed and an air mattress is available as well. For your entertainment there is a large Dish TV as well as WIFI. You will have an extra large pantry, extra large closets, a big walk-in shower with a bench, as well as access to the laundry room.
Special attractions nearby: St. George is only 8 miles away with many points of interest; Zion National Park and all it's beauty with a shuttle service taking you thru the park is only a short drive away of 37 miles (45 minutes); The Tuachon center of the Arts is only 2 miles from "home"; Kayenta Art Village in only 2 miles as well. We are within walking distance to Ivins City Center; along with Rocky Mountain University and Southern Utah Veterans Home a short 1/2 mile drive or walk, Snow Canyon Park is a short 3 mile drive where you can spend hours on trails, picnicking or ?? Gunlock Reservoir is a beautiful short 10 mile drive.

So close to the trails. The pool was beautiful. Our hosts were attentive while giving us all the privacy we wanted. Highly recommend

We had a great stay. We had everything we needed and got info about local groceries/restaurants from the hostess. The property was quiet and peaceful and just as described. We enjoyed the pool. It was nice to have a garage to keep our car cool. We will be back!

This place was perfect for us and had everything we needed Wendy & Cal are super nice and welcoming! The bed was very comfortable and it’s nice to have a garage. Would love to stay again sometime!
