Just returned from 2 week stay here, wishing we could've stayed another 2 weeks! The house and the grounds are pristine, and the pool was lovely. The house is in a nice quite area safe and secure, just a short distance from Speightstown. We were out for my daughters wedding and had quite a crowd staying close by so were out most days/evenings, there are plenty of places for all budgets in Speightstown and Holetown. We had some lovely evenings just relaxing on the terrace or the upstairs balcony.....definitely sank a few cold Banks.Beverly the housekeeper is wonderful, welcomed us on arrival, tho we were a bit late, and very helpful. Called in a few time's during our stay, and even done us some roti's, mac pie and salads for bbq we had, lovely lady! Thank you Beverly and thank you Hilary for accommodating us at your beautiful home.

The house size with 5 bedroom and 6 bathrooms ensured that our group of 8 was very comfortable and not quashed. No fighting over bathrooms, just hot water sometimes. Each room had its own AC unit which each person was able to set to their own temperature needs, particularly for sleeping at night. We also felt quite safe from a security standpoint. The kitchen was quite large and well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, cutlery. We made good use of both the small and large dining rooms.The only issue is that the lighting and vent over the stove did not work, nor did the ceiling light in the kitchen. It would have been nice if both issues had been resolved prior to our arrival, particularly on hot days when cooking or when light would have helped with evening meal preparation. We made heavy use of the kitchen, often cooking our own meals as it was more economical.There were three fridges so that enabled us to stock up on provisions and refreshments, after a few trips to the local supermarkets.The pool area was well maintained and the pool itself is a nice size and was used heavily.The house is a five minute drive to Haywards public beach, located beside Port St Charles. The beach is quite and great for a relaxing sun and swim.Beverley is the housekeeper and was a fantastic source of information and help. She made a delicious roti and curry chicken meal for us as well. She really keeps the house and pool areas very clean. Great place for a large group with kids!

A beautiful location, quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by tranquil gardens. Clean pool and plenty of seating and sunbeds available. House was spotlessly clean, rooms very well appointed, spacious and fully air conditioned. Two separate lounges, both with outside balcony areas make this house idea for family sharing….. particularly impressed also with the quality and comfort of the beds and lounge areas. Both with large TVs and games, books readily available. The house keeper Beverley was an absolute gem. Made us feel so welcome on arrival dayand she made sure the house was kept tidy every day without feeling an imposition to us holidaying people! Thank you SO much Bev, you are an absolute asset and a lovely lady. ... we were sorry to leave today with you waving us off and blowing kisses to the Grandchildren So all in all a wonderful stay, exactly as needed and we would very DEFINITELY book this villa again!!

The villa is really clean, spacious and well equipped; we were particularly impressed with the kitchen and so many towels! We were a group of seven adults and there was plenty of space for everybody. The outside space is lovely and quiet and we felt very safe and secure. Beverley was really helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!
