I booked a two week get away for my family in America and in Finland. There were a total of 30 people who came in at some point during that time. The youngest was 9 and the oldest was 86. Everyone commented on how perfect the resort was for our vacation. The pool was incredible and was used from morning till night. It was kept spotless and the temperature was perfect. The hot tub was also used by everyone and was in excellent condition. Our rooms were comfortable, roomy and very clean. The staff was wonderful. Julian, our host, communicated immediately whenever we had a question or issue. He responded with information and assistance within minutes. The ladies that came every morning to prepare our breakfast, Marina and Christina were amazing. The food that they prepared was delicious. Eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, rolls, home made crepes, and the most incredible cakes. There was coffee, tea, fresh juice and yogurt along with beautiful fresh fruit.They also keep us in fresh towels and freshened up our rooms when needed. The barbecue pit was used almost every evening and we always had plenty of charcoal. The lawn made a perfect place for people to play games and sun on the lounge chairs and the hammocks were heavenly. The resort was also very convenient to all of the towns, restaurants and beaches in the Algarve.I truly cannot begin to list all of the positive aspects of the resort and can recommend it for anyone wanting a beautiful, relaxing, stress free and private vacation spot.

We stayed as a large group of 22 adults and 10 children, and honestly, it was perfect from start to finish. The complex itself is amazing, with so much space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.The children absolutely loved the pond with all the frogs and fish, and the pool was a brilliant size, with a shallow area that was perfect for the toddlers. The hot tub was also great in the evenings after a long day in the sun.All the rooms were spacious, tidy and comfortable. The whole place was cleaned every morning by two lovely ladies who kept everything spotless, they were extremely friendly, always worked with a smile, and even helped by cleaning our dirty plates, which was very much appreciated!Our host, Julien, was fantastic. He showed us around when we arrived and was always on hand if we needed anything. We were missing a cot in one of the rooms, and he had one sorted within a couple of hours.We honestly have nothing bad to say about Resort Natura. It was the perfect place for a big family/group holiday, and we would 100% go back again. Highly recommended!

Resort Natura was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! There were 21 of us and the Resort amenities were great. We made good use of the swimming pool, the ping pong table, the pool table, and the hammocks! The dining room was large enough to accommodate all of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for 21. All of the bedrooms were spacious, and the configuration allowed privacy for family groups. And the maintenance staff who came in every morning were great, providing us with everything we needed. All in all, a great time was had by all!

Family stay of 28 people, hosted comfortably. Heated pool was so useful, and meant we weren’t worried about the weather. The place is a little dated in places and could do with a little bit of modernisation here and there all in all a very nice place. Would happily come back here. Really appreciated Julien and his team and the cleaners coming to deal with the dishes was brilliant as well.
