Nestled in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this lovely house for $112 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Part of an 18th century Provencal farmhouse, 1.5 km from the center of Isle-sur-Sorgue. Beautiful garden shed, and shaded terrace to enjoy the outdoors. Large living room / lounge / kitchen on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, mosquito nets on all windows. Fully enclosed garden (useful for young children) and secure parking. Animals are welcome after agreement of the owner. Possible access to a very small arm of the river near the house. Possibility to park inside the courtyard. Adjoining the owners' house, independent access, independent closed garden.

This is a beautiful and comfortable house, decorated with taste and style. It’s also a sort of gallery, featuring works of a renowned local artist and others.
The kitchen is admirably stocked with all one could want for prep and serving. The courtyard provides a relaxing and lovely place for quiet moments.
Marie-Helene and Olivier are personable and communicate with warmth and efficiency. I wish I could go right back.

In the end, I wasn’t able to go on this Va action due to having Covid, but my two friends still met there. They found the owners helpful and quite sweet. The house was very nice and in a good location. I hope to be able to go there next summer!

Tolle Terasse/ Garten und perfekte Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, schöne geräumige Wohnung mit super ausgestatteter Küche, nur der Ofen ist etwas kompliziert. Die Lage am Ortseingang ist praktisch und sehr ruhig.

Gepflegtes und sehr schön renoviertes altes Bauernhaus
Das Haus wurde sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet sowie dekoriert. Die dicken Mauern lassen auch nicht so schnell Wärme rein, wenn die Fensterläden tagsüber geschlossen bleiben. Insofern wird eine AC nicht benötigt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (Ende Mai für 14 Tage) ist es immer angenehm kühl geblieben.
Die Nähe zur D901 hat uns nicht gestört.
Man merkt, dass die Gastgeber direkt vor Ort sind und die Verwaltung nicht einem Hausmeister überlassen wird. Alles ist super sauber. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Ausreichende Anzahl an Tellern, Schüsseln, Besteck, Gläsern etc. ist vorhanden. Einfach alles was man so in der Küche benötigt ist da, quasi wie zu Hause, und dies auch in einer guten Qualität, farblich sogar abgestimmt, und keine minderwertigen Artikel, die schon kaputt gehen, wenn man sie nur anschaut.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wiederkommen.
Vielen Dank Marie-Héléne für die schöne Zeit, die wir in dem Haus verbringen durften.

Notre séjour à L'Isle sur la Sorgue a été un réél bonheur. Tout y est : le très chaleureux accueil d'Olivier et de Marie-Hélène, la beauté et l'authenticité du Mas des Sorguettes, les indispensables conseils de balades à vélo, les villages à visiter.... Une maison dans la verdure accueillante, confortable et rassurante
Tout est bien pensé dans cette maison authentique et intégralement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires y ont donné une âme et cela se ressent dès le premier instant. Rien ne manque, d’une propreté irréprochable, la literie est parfaite et les équipements de haut niveau. Le jardin est très reposant et ressourçant. Nous y avons passé de très très bonnes vacances avec des hôtes disponibles et discrets.

La qualité en Lubéron !
Nous avons passé une semaine dans le mas de Sorguette de Marie Helene et son mari. Nous avons aimé tout d'abord la localisation, à distance raisonable du village et la possibilité de rayonner en voiture avec les ados autour (village du Lubéron, plages de la méditeranée, Avignon, Marseille,..), guidé par les conseils des propriétaires. Le gîte lui même est charmant , on sent la main de l'architecte (propriétaire lui même ?) pour la rénovation qui donne un charme et une touche haut de gamme à cette grande bâtisse ! On ressort relaxé de cette semaine.. Merci !

Superbe maison et propriétaire adorable
Maison très propre, très bien équipée dans laquelle on s'est senti très bien. Le jardin et les 2 coins repas sont très agréables. Pour un séjour dans le Vaucluse et Luberon cette location est au top. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et sympathiques. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci encore Olivier et Marie Hélène.

Parfaite location et emplacement de choix pour partir à la découverte du Luberon ou encore, flâner aux bords de la Sorgue. Rien n'a manqué. Beautifully renovated farmhouse
We stayed here in June when France experienced its record heatwave and afternoons became so hot we needed to find shelter. Thank goodness for the house's cool interior, vine covered patio and shaded abri.
We were four adults looking to explore the area and were pleased to find the house was within walking distance of l'Isle sur la Sorgue, famous for its antiques, as well as within easy reach of Avignon and the enchanting hill top villages nearby. Olivier was the perfect host supplying maps, information and guides.
We would recommend this house 100% and would not hesitate to stay there again. It is incredibly well equipped with so many tasteful artistic touches - a credit to Olivier's vision and talent!!

We were very lucky to find this beautiful house in Isle -sur-la Sorgue, which is the perfect place as a base if you want to visit Provence. We were able to travel short distances and visit many wonderful places and we had this beautiful house to come to back to. The house is lovely and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped . There's a lovely garden, in which to have wonderful aperitifs under a covered area with a huge table. thought we didn't use it, we saw there was a barbeque and everything necessary. We can highly recomment this lovely house. We also found the owners Marie-Helene and Olivier very nice and friendly and we hope to go back there again in the future. Thank you.

Well equipped house in a good location
We stayed for the week from 6th October with our dog Lily. We were joined by our friends from Tuesday - Friday. The house was spotless, very comfortable for all of us, and had plenty of space inside and out. It is well equipped with many arty touches.It is possible to walk along the road into the town in around 20 mins but it is busy and in parts unpaved so not ideal. There is a path along the river which would work in summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the area which is beautiful. The garden is perfect, secure and safe.

Month long stay in the perfect Provençal location
L'Isle sur la Sorgue is the ideal location for a stay in Provence. We stayed there for a month and never tired of its offerings. The city is within an hour or a bit more to the beautiful small hill towns and the same to the glorious cities of Arles, Avignon and Marseilles. All varieties of walks and hikes are just minutes away.
Marie-Hélène and Olivier's home is perfectly situated just far enough out of the city to offer a quiet respite and close enough for an easy walk along the river to a lively small city with a multitude of shopping opportunities and good restaurants. The city is a tourist destination for the French so you get the feeling of being part of the French culture which is a lovely experience. Their Sunday antique market is famous throughout Provence.
The home itself is a renovated barn and is glorious in its clean lines and authentic architecture. Every detail is carefully thought out and maintained. We stayed alone for most of the month but had company for a little while and the home expanded to include the four of us nicely. The kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking and we enjoyed staying home many nights and cooking the bounty that the local outdoor markets have to offer.
The outdoor patio area with its grill and two large farm tables are a complete luxury. The large and quiet outdoor area gave us the opportunity to totally relax after a busy day hiking or driving through the countryside or in the cities.
Marie-Hélène and Olivier are the perfect hosts, offering guidance when we needed it and allowing us complete privacy when we wanted that. Their kindness and generosity made our stay that much more special.
We do recommend bringing along a pair of warm slippers as the stone floor maintains its cool temperature!
We recommend this home without reservation and consider ourselves lucky to have enjoyed it for such a long time.

"We had a beautiful holiday in this charming ancient old house. It has plenty of room and is friendly renovated with modern character. Especially the kitchen is fully equipped and makes it easy to cook and eat. The house is situated in a quiet area. You can go to the city of L''Isle-sur-la-Sorgue either by car along the main road (takes 5 min.) or by foot along the river Sorgue (takes approx. 25 min.). We decided to go to L’Isle-sur-la-Sorge for holiday in order to make trips around the Provence. And this is really true: You can easy visit nearby cities by car like Avignon, Arles, Nîmes, Aix-en-Provence. But there are a lot of smaller villages not far away with lovely restaurants and markets. L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is very beautiful and has a lovely town center. There you can sit nearby the river Sorgue and can enjoy French wine or French food. Many thanks to the owner of the house who are very kind and have arranged everything very perfect."

"This property met all our expectations. It is in a quiet,rural setting, but only a five minute drive from L'Isle-sur-La Sorgue. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the kitchen equipment and utensils. The gite was well equipped,and we appreciated having wifi,a dishwasher and washing machine. The property easily accommodates 2 couples, and would be be large enough for three. We enjoyed the outside covered dining area, and were able to eat outside even in rainy weather. Olivier and Marie-Helen were very helpful, providing maps and good advice about the area. We enjoyed L'Isle sur la Sorgue very much. It is an attractive, interesting city and made an excellent base for exploring the Luberon, Arles, and Avignon."

"The house was very comfortable - large and well equipped. The beds were good. The house is right on the edge of town so is quite a distance from the centre of town (about 25 minutes walk) which could be a problem if you do not have a car. However, it is worth the walk for the lovely surroundings - big trees, near to the river, red squirrels, little bats and lots of birds. The house is lovely too - the photos do not do it justice. We spent a very enjoyable 2 weeks in it."
