The stay was very convenient from the moment we arrived. There was a dedicated parking space right at the entrance, and collecting the key from the security guard was easy and straightforward. Even though we had another car parked outside, it was not difficult to find parking nearby. The apartment was also well equipped with many useful household facilities, including a washing machine, kettle and refrigerator. The WiFi worked well, and having plenty of good food nearby was definitely another big advantage. The place was also comfortable at night, and the weather became pleasantly cool.
One of the elevators was out of service, so getting in and out of the building was slightly inconvenient, although it did not really affect our overall stay. The living room did not have air conditioning, so it could feel a little warm and stuffy in the afternoon. Fortunately, there was a fan, so it was still manageable and not unbearably hot. Another small inconvenience was that the power socket near the iron was not working, which made using the iron less convenient.

The house was clean and has all necessary. There are shops and restaurant right below the condo. The check-in were easy, there are parking available as well
The location is just next to Spice Arena but the problem is it is just next to the main road as well. There were 2 rooms facing the main road, which is very noisy during night time. During our stay at this place, there were even road work middle of the night, it was 2AM in the morning
