The employees are very helpful and made the stay great. The room was ok, the decorations and the general vibe was great. Breakfast was fresh every morning. They have an elevator and the AC worked perfectly. I enjoyed the decoration of the hotel and all the things that were in walkable proximity, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, metro...
I think they need to pay a little more attention to cleaning. The room had some spots on the wall, some stuff under the bed, I'm not sure what was it, some plastic stuff... It seemed like garbage. In the common area, the floor, the table and the chairs could use a little deeper cleanse. It is not dirty, but everything was a little sticky.

Nice hotel, good reception, good room with air con. Not the greatest metro line but still easy to get about. Fun area near the canal.

Location, a/c, water and coffee great
Garden area was closed, lift didn’t always work (stick on 2nd floor or door wouldn’t open). Only 4 coat hangers for 2 week stay! Had to borrow some from work as apparently they didn’t have anymore.
