The locality: a most beautiful view on the sea (one can watch dolphins from the window), close to a mall with many excellent shops, close to other beaches in the vicinity. The "homeyness", quietness and comfort of the apartment. Easy parking. The security.

The view is stunning! The apartment is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood was quiet and we could rest, we never felt unsafe or bothered by any monkeys. Kathy was in contact with us about everything we needed to know.
Be aware that there are about 30 stairs to climb to reach the apartment. Access to the private beach is not easy, you have to climb down steep rocks.
