Well presented, great selection of kitchenware, good quality tea/coffee, and easy communication from the owner.
Only improvement to be made is that the mattresses are tired and one of the beds had a high tog duvet during late summer/early autumn. Floor is very cold so recommend thick socks/slippers but that’s the nature of the building.

It's a lovely clean chalet with everything you need and extra, for a great stay... milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. All kitchen cleaning products, including dishwasher tablets, etc. Also, bodywash, shampoo, and hair conditioner in the bathroom. Basically, it's like arriving at a very good hotel! A drink on the balcony is a must listening to the river bubbling by👌
Joanna is very helpful (and provides lots of info) with quick responses. She sorted out our extra visitor that we wanted to add on without fuss 🙏
The site was quiet, very well looked after with good facilities. Thank you, I'd highly recommend 😊

The location.
Cobwebs in every room. Poor decor. Bathroom tiles inside shower cubicle needed cleaning. Outside decking needed to be cleaned.
