Underwhelming at best damp with little to no ventilation and was told by staff it’s not mould

The pictures that were advertised

That fact that I was told the mould on the walls wasn’t mould, I can understand there’s a tub in the actual room but the mould is mostly in the bath room

Not luxury

We have to pay 3€ for them to keep our luggages because we arrived 1h30 in advance I paid the room with jaccuzi but it was brocken

Over all below average experience

The location was near to centre The hot tub was good even though not well maintained.

Staff asked for more money for cleaning . There was not enough bedsheets or glasses . The space is limited . The TV was a dump AC remote was terrible .

Lokalita, ubytování bylo kousek od významných památek a ulic města.

Platba za pokoj, hodně jsme dopláceli, ikdyž jsem platil přes booking. Platba parkoviště. Bylo mi účtováno velké auto typu Mercedes Viano, když jsem byli malým VW Touranem. Operovali s počtem míst, což na velikost parkování přece nemá vliv. Také si nechali klíče od auta a několikrát s autem pojížděli, nevím jestli jen po parkovišti. Na recepci se nedalo dobře domluvit anglicky.
