Room size was excellent and facilities were great
Everything was good but need more English friendly translators/translations for tourists. Was hard to communicate. An example was I pointed to there sign that had a picture of a car that had no English on it but did have 1000 ¥ I asked if it was a taxi she eventually said yes so we went to our room and 2 minutes later there was a knock at the door to say there was a taxi waiting for us. So English translation on signs
