It has fast wifi, 2 free canoes to enjoy the river and the river beach, games room, table tennis, private outdoor pool heated to 30 degrees, SPA at 40 degrees all year round, bicycles available upon reservation, lawn tennis court, rackets , mini-golf irons on well-kept lawn. Natural massage waterfalls next door. SPA/jaccuzzi open all year round! New: tree house with wifi and bathroom for the kids to enjoy the river and the birdlife! Private parking inside for 5 cars. The River house, Ideal for a peaceful holiday | 700 m2 loft-style house next to the Anchor River. Come and discover the comfort of this house and its natural pool. In the south courtyard, the house has a large balcony with access to the 6 bedrooms AND 5 BATHROOMS. Excellent location. House located very close to the beaches of Ancora, Moledo and Afife. Pleasant, calm place, with exuberant nature, lots of native vegetation and lots of birds. The property has its own access to the river and the river beach, via rustic stairs that go down the bank. The farm is walled and has a remote controlled gate. The RIVER HOUSE, ground floor and spacious, comprises a 60 m2 lounge with living area, unlimited wifi, dining room with seating for up to 18 people, 5 +1 +1 bedrooms all with terrace and heating (three suites, two of them with 1 with a double bed each + baby bed, and the other with 5 single beds; another room with 4 beds (twin beds, which can be pushed together), and a room with 3 twin beds and 1 double bunk bed, ideal for teenagers or children. And another sixth small bedroom with a single bed. In the living room, 1 double sofa bed. And also the bedroom in the tree for 2 more people. They therefore sleep more than 18. Ideal: up to 14 people. Enjoy an outdoor dinner with a barbecue area and table for seventeen! Hot bread at 300m. Other restaurants with fresh fish 1.5km away. Great for resting, parties, hiking, trails, climbing and orienteering, retreats and leisure. Fully equipped kitchen with 3 different coffee machines, washing machine and dishwasher, 2 microwaves, modern induction hob, electric stove, toaster, electric roaster, magic blender, toaster, hot water kettle, 2 large combined refrigerators, freezer, cutlery, plates, induction pans, roasting dishes, frying pans, corkscrews, colanders, everything. Coffee: The house has 3 coffee machines: a Nespresso type that uses Dolce Gusto capsules. Another normal Espresso type that uses ground coffee. And another bag. In the garden: tables with Caribbean straw hats next to the river, also a large stone barbecue and another portable one, additional stone table on the river bank; volleyball court with net and 12 sun loungers. In the solarium, fully protected from prying eyes, additional outdoor wooden table and chairs for 18. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Amazing location, really rural and unspoiled. Easy walk to town centre and beach. Plenty to see and do. We spent many days just staying around the house - the grounds, river, swimming pool and hot tub were all great. Some of the furniture and fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, but perfectly serviceable.

The villa is ideal for a family get together, it accommodated 16 of us, 9 adults and 7 children. There was lots of outside space, beautiful grounds, and lots of activities to entertain the children. It is near to the coast with pretty seaside villages and good restaurants. The villa itself is in need of a little TLC which in a way lessened the worry of accidental damage by 7 children. Bedding etc spotless, pool very safe for children, less appealing to adults, and all in all we had a wonderful time. One word of warning, do not hire a large car, the access is very very narrow and I mean very very narrow. It is walled all the way down and there is literally inches either side. We managed ok until the last day and scraped 2 cars, we had extra insurance so fortunately it didn’t cost us.

We stayed at the River House with a group of 16 young guys in the age between 20 and 23. The house is absolutly perfect for relaxing holidays with a lot of possibilities for activities! Cycling, Canoe, Volleyball, Pool ... it was never boring! The highlight was the whirlpool we used every evening. The distance to the beach by bike is about 10-15 minutes, absolutly ok, the beach is great, gooy waves for surfing and not too much tourists. For us it was no problem to celebrate in the evening at the house, there were no complanations by neighbours etc. The House owner Manuel is absolute uncomplicated and reliable, for example he gave us more bikes so that we had enough for the group. All an all a great accomodation for young groups who like a mix between an activating and relaxing holiday trip!
