The property is owned by “Exquisite Holiday Homes” This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale. The house was interior designed and the furniture imported from “Oka furniture store” in Chelsea , U.K Please enter the correct amount of guests staying as the price is based on this. The extra single beds are only bought into the property when it’s booked for more than 16 guests. This 6 bedroomed , 5 bathrooms 2 of the bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms are on the ground floor so no stairs is needed to access these rooms. Bedroom 1, superking bed with en-suite, Views of the river Bedroom 2, superking bed, en suite, walk in wardrobe , flat screen tv , views of the river Bedroom 3, king size bed , en suite , flat screen tv, views of the river Bedroom 4 , king size bed, en suite Bedroom 5 , king size bed located on ground floor., views of the river Bedroom 6 , 6 adult size bunk beds, flat screen tv , views of the river, located downstairs with access straight into the garden Extra beds are then put in to bring it up to 23 guests maximum. The lounge has 4 large sofas, flat screen tv , views of the river Downstairs bathroom, toilet , shower and sink house has been refurbished inside and out in October 2018, 5 new bathrooms were installed, all brand new furniture throughout , including beds, sofas , including new bed linen & towels as well. Recarpeted and tiled throughout. gazebo with lighting inside for evening use It is a 4 minute car drive into Kinsale town centre. It has views of the Bandon river from the garden and inside the property There are plenty of things at the house for the children Tennis table , Snooker table , Scooters , Trampoline and an amazing 52ft climbing frame , Goal posts , 3 televisions , so plenty to keep them occupied. A great house in the country of Ireland. Just 5 minutes outside of Kinsale. Plenty of room both inside and out for our group of 12. Kinsale lived up to its reputation as a great harbor town full of great restaurants and retail stores. Location gave us access to all we wanted to do in southwest Ireland. Would definitely stay here again.

House is as pictured. Beautiful scenery. House was immaculate. Ryan O’Leary was a great host. There is a house behind this one so if the guests there are noisy in the wee hours it may disturb your sleep but overall a great place

The setting of the property is beautiful, Sitting out back, looking at the hills of Ireland was delightful. Since we had eight grandchildren, the presence of soccer goals, a climbing structure, trampoline and shed with table tennis and foosball were all great. However, especially if you are a U.S. consumer, there are some things you must be aware of. First of all, the beds. The property is listed as accommodating 25. That's a stretch. For our group of 10 adults and eight kids we had requested four "roll away" beds. What we got were camp cots with thin pads. They were not feasible for any sizeable adult. They also did not fit in most of the bedrooms. Some of us wound up on pallets on the floor or the sofa in the living room. Understand that in Europe you can knock down the classification of beds one notch compared to the U.S. "Superkings" are kings. Kings are queens. Etc. Now, our grandchildren did have a great time in the bunk room staying up late with their cousins. The adults did not have a great time sleeping. Next, the laundry facilities. Note that there are two washers, which need some servicing, and no dryer. That means drying outdoors. That means bringing in your wash every time it rains. The clothes line was broken and collapsed twice with our clothes on it. In fairness, we did not report this to the owner and he has said that he will replace it. There were other odds and ends that could be better, but I have reached the end of the allowable review.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The only thing I can complain about is there were a lot of flies in the house and several dead ones all over the bottom and top floor. Additionally there were quite a few very large spiders in the sun room area, they were very much alive. The beds were comfortable and it was a pleasant stay. The only other thing I would suggest is leaving some more towels. There was only 1 per person.

The views on this property are beautiful. Every day the cows come to greet you!! Ryan is very easy to reach and answered all our questions. The sun room is the best part of the house.

Loved the house! Plenty of space to spread out with a big group. The only thing I would say is that nothing is stocked in the kitchen or bathrooms. I might not have read the listing fully, but usually, I expect some paper towels or soap, maybe coffee. But that is the only thing I would give a heads up on. The location is so close to town and it is just a stunning view. Great for families with kids!

Wonderful house on the outskirts of Kinsale. The most beautiful setting ever! The house is huge with so many ammenities! We all loved it. Short drive into Kinsale. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for a family stay! Could not have been a more beautiful location. The view was incredible, the yard was wonderful for the children. The house and supplies were perfect, and best of all was communication with the management!

Beautiful house, great for children as there is lots for them to do. I booked for 23 people and the was perfect size we did feel on top of each other with there being so many of us! Cannot wait to go back.

We stayed here at the beginning of the COVID 19 pandemic when all the world was in pure panic mode. This giant, gorgeous, very clean home was the perfect getaway from all of the craziness. We traveled for our 20th wedding anniversary with our 2 teenage boys, my brother and sister, and two friends. We had plenty of space and you cannot beat the view from the backyard. Everything about this home was perfect. If we ever get to travel to Kinsale again, we will try to stay here again.

Fabulous house for the family

I was looking for a home to celebrate my 40th with the family. The most important thing was the kids and to ensure they were kept entertained and this home did not disappoint. They loved the okay ground and games room outside. The bunk room inside was great too it became like a den for them. I would highly recommend this house and Ryan was more then helpful with any small query or issue nothing was any hassle him at any time. If your looking for a family getaway or celebration please don’t over look this little piece of kids heaven and adult tranquility.
