Lovely colour scheme
Minor things really worn furniture, but didnt mind as own our own caravan and understand the pains of living by the sea. My wife complained that the oven was very slow perhaps an air fryer would help. Beanbag ripped and quite alot of balls loose and long black dog hairs on things in the livingroom perhaps from other guest and a strong smell of urine in back bedroom. Perhaps some toiletrees toilet roll and shower gel and menus for takeaway as struggled to locate the shops. The children however were none the wiser and we would return in future perhaps speak to the owner about a deal in future.

My stay at Dyfed 23 was absolutely wonderful. The caravan was extremely comfy and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind for a couple of nights. Everything was clean, well‑kept, and felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the location made it easy to relax and enjoy Borth. I genuinely had a great stay and would happily return.

The location was fantastic – close to the seaside, local shops, and the on-site facilities (swimming pool, arcade, playground, bar and restaurant) made it great for a family stay. The living room was cosy with a comfortable sofa and soft carpet, and the shower was a real highlight with excellent water pressure and temperature. Bedding and towels were clean. The large field next to the cabin was perfect for the kids to play ball while we cooked, and the big window meant we could keep an eye on them the whole time. Definitely beats camping – having a proper shower, toilet and bed after a long day on the beach made all the difference. Considering the affordable price, it was decent value overall.
The cabin is showing its age and really needs some investment. The kitchen was greasy and the pots, pans, trays and dishes were scratched, rusty, and had worn coatings – these all need replacing. The oven and general furniture also felt tired and due an upgrade. The outdoor table and chairs were rusty and looked like they’d been salvaged rather than provided as proper furniture. The high chair had broken/torn material, and the children’s beds were far too small for kids over 6 or 7 years old. We weren’t expecting the cabin itself to be in this condition.
