About this house rental
Situated in Saint Augustine Beach, this attractive house for $245 per night is a great choice for your next trip. High Tide beacons people who love the beach. It is the upstairs unit of a duplex. You can enjoy the breeze on your exclusive ocean view decks of High Tide with sunrise or sunset skies while you sip a beverage and contemplate the good life. Pets are always welcome at the beach home of animal rescue and pet lovers Rich and Lynda Weaver. Rich is retired from the military and after 28 years and 17 moves they are enjoying Florida life. They and their two cats, Max and Magirk, live in St Augustine. The duplex beach house is in the very heart of St Augustine Beach, on the beach side of the highway A1A, literally steps to the water. They want their beach house to be your beach house and St Augustine Beach to be your beach. Everything you need to be at home away from home has been considered. A kitchen you can cook in if you want to, luxury linens, beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrella’s and a beach cart, a grill, large screen smart tv, wifi of course, DVD player, hot/cold outdoor shower with foot rinse, good parking and that all important short walk to the sand of St Augustine Beach. You can easily walk to restaurants, groceries are nearby as well as all the entertainment opportunities that have made St Augustine a famous tourist destination. The pier, with its Wednesday market, is 2 blocks. High Tide can be reserved with Low Tide making a vacation destination for 10.

We absolutely loved this place. We did get a surprise visit by my daughter visiting her mom for her birthday. The beds were extremely comfortable but the sleeper in the living room, not so much.
We would love to return sooner than later 😊

We loved everything about our stay. The unit was clean, inviting and comfortable. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. The proximity to the beach, restaurants and Old Town can’t be beat.

Our vacation at High Tide was just wonderful! The condo was immaculate, well appointed, comfortable, and we loved the artistic flare. Knowing it was an anniversary trip, Rich and Lynda left a lovely card and a bottle of champagne to greet us. Morgan, the manager, helped us settle in and was responsive and informative about the area, the beach, and the accommodations. The beach is steps away, and one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. High Tide is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We ate like kings. There aren’t enough stars to rate this gem. We can’t wait to come back next year.

I live in SWF and our beaches are still a mess from Ian. It was so nice to have this super comfortable cottage with an immaculate attention to details ( love the shower) to escape and decompress. Very nice pet friendly rental with half a dozen restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will visit High Tide again!

The house was amazing….so much attention to detail. The decor was very beachy, but ohhh so comfy and homey!!! The owners have supplied everything that you would need for your stay, which makes for a lot easier planning for your beachside vacay. Morgan the manager was very friendly and accommodating. They even left a bottle of wine and snacks….what a classy touch!!! Thanks so much for sharing your little piece of paradise!!! We will definitely be back, and recommend our friends!!

Love, love, loved our stay at High Tide. This is our 8th year coming to SAB and this is by far our favorite place to stay. Great open floor plan, plenty of storage, well equipped kitchen (but could use a few more kitchen utensils) comfy beds, plenty of beach towels and beach gear. So many touches that go above and beyond the expected. Perfect location to walk to the pier for the Wednesday Farmers Market and surrounding restaurants. End of street beach access limited due to the winters storms but easy access only one block over on 16th. We got lots of use out of the deck - eating at the table, rocking in the chairs - enjoying the view and the sun. Morgan, as always, is pleasure to work with - very responsive. Thank you Linda and Rich for making such a welcoming place. We look forward to our visit back next year.

The house and location were perfect. Close walking distance to several yummy restaurants and the pier. We ate at sunset grill and the diner. Both were delicious. We came to see the holiday lights in Saint Augustine and choose this time to stay on the beach. The distance into town is short and you can always do the trolley if you pay. This home was super clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was spot on.
We would definitely go back.

My dog, best friends and their dog and I had the perfect vacation here. Absolutely everything we needed was there in the house. The location was within sight and sound of the ocean. Our dogs were obviously just as welcome as the humans by the owners as they even provided dog bowls and treats! The beds were comfortable, the shower is a work of art and the owners have decorated the home beautifully. I’ll definitely be back!

We rented both high and low tide. Both units were beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchens were well stocked and clean, and the beach gear was accessible and nice. The deck of high tide was great for evening dinners and the backyard in low tide was comfortable and private.
Morgan was responsive and kind. He promptly responded to questions we had before we arrived. He met us at the unit (even though our arrival time change multiple times) to show us around.
We are actively planning our trip back to stay at high/low tide.

Bright and Comfortable
We were happy with High Tide for many reasons: views of the ocean, proximity to the beach, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful Morgan, who met us and was quick to answer questions and respond to (minor) problems during our stay. Lots of thoughtful touches - the unit is very well equipped. Great kitchen! As an added bonus we were able to charge our car every night. A warning for light sleepers...it can be noisy late at night. Parking lot for popular Sunset Grill is next door. On the other hand, our dog loved sitting on the deck, surveying all the action in this lively neighborhood.

Historical Downtown or Beach, take your pick!
This property is conveniently located just a short drive from historical downtown, and just a few steps from the beautiful sandy shore of St. Augustine Beach. Our family of four as well as our two small dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well appointed. Morgan was also a pleasant surprise and was readily available should we need anything. Our family enjoyed the Nights of Lights, Fountain of Youth, Trolley tour, the Fort, and the Alligator Farm. All were equally enjoyed by ourselves as well as our children. We dined at Fish Camp, Harry's, and Sunset Grille and had wonderful meals at all of them. We also enjoyed shopping downtown and had no issues with parking. We can't wait to come back to High Tide.

Getaway for Professionals
We had an absolutely awesome holiday! Traveling party consisted of my husband, my cousin and his husband and myself! All of us have been working since this pandemic started non-stop in our respective fields of healthcare, law and transportation. This had been the first break that any of us have received. We enjoyed walking the beach, sitting on the balcony in the early mornings and evenings listening to the ocean and just being able to spend time together in the beach house. Island Donuts that sits directly in front of the beach house is absolutely amazing! Sunset Grille rocked also! Thanks Morgan for making our time there so pleasant! Can’t wait to book again!

This was our second time staying at High tide and we'll be back. High Tide is the only place we will stay when visiting Saint Augustine. The apartment has everything you need and is super cozy, steps from the beach and close to downtown. Loved it!

Beautiful, well-appointed house on a quiet residential street. The beds are extremely comfortable. There are plenty of linens. The kitchen is well equipped. Convenient to everything. Great property manager. I would love to come back someday to “high tide”!
