Enjoy the abundant fun and activities in the world class resort of Cabo San Lucas from this centrally located luxury condominium. This one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen garden condo is ground level entry with no stairs and has direct access to the beautiful pool and courtyard area of Marina Sol Resort. The location is very private and quiet and the large bedroom features a quality king size mattress with high thread count linens, overhead ceiling fans and lots of closet space. The living room has a pull out futon for sleeping, a 42 inch Smart TV that gets over 200 channels and a blue tooth speaker .The adjoining 3 piece bathroom has a tiled shower, quality marble finishes and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with Refrigerator, stove, microwave and all the small appliances you would find in your own home. Private wifi and smart TV connections have been installed in the condo. Expand your space to the outdoors with sliding doors that open from the living room to the patio. The patio has a beautiful gas BBQ Seating for 4 guests and a spectacular view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard area. This beautiful Vacation rental was completely updated over the summer of 2018 and is in beautiful condition

The location would be perfect except for the hill to walk up to get to the closet beach. To get to the marina, it is best to walk through the mall to avoid the hill as well. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk.
Staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. Ivan meet us when we arrived and took care of everything we needed with a "I take care of it" and a smile and follow through.

Pros - great location, great a/c.
Cons - very small. If you want to use the kitchen, it is very dysfunctional with no place to prepare food or eat. The bedroom is very small. The bed Is almost against the window wall making it very hard to get in and out of bed and it is the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Lastly, if you like a nice long hot shower, you won’t get it here. 5-7 minutes of warm water at best. This was our third stay at Marina Sol. Both other stays were much larger one bedrooms in building A, for very little more money. We will be back to one of those condos.

Our first time to Cabo and we really enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location if you like to walk the town, which we do. It is very safe and secure, the staff at the complex is awesome and the pool is a great feature. The marina is 2 blocks away as is the town. So many places to visit, 1 week is not enough.
If you want to be close to everything, but like to feel a little tucked away, Marina Sol is the place to stay.

Most important it is so close to everything. If you like to uber....it is only $5 to $6 dollars to most places around the marina or you can walk.

We enjoyed our stay at Marina Sol. It was easy to walk to dinners, the marina and the beach. No problem finding chairs to lounge by the pool. The pool bar had a new 2 for 1 every day and a good happy hour. Easy check-in and check-out. Looking forward to coming back in the future

This was our second trip and stay at Marina Sol and it was excellent. Ivan was our host and he welcomed us immediately on our arrival, welcomed us and showed us to our unit. He checked in on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The entire staff at Marina Sol is outstanding and very attentive. The location of Marina Sol is outstanding about 1 block from Medano Beach and a couple blocks from the marina and downtown. We highly recommend Marina Sol. Great staff, great location, great ammenities.

We were not told that remodeling noise would be happening during our visit. There was also persistent noise from one of the loud mouth home owners there for a meeting that was more than distracting. Kind of a downer for the four days we were there.

Quiet resort close to Medano Beach and Restaurants, as well as Downtown Cabo (Walking distance) .

Nice garden view location
Marina Sol is an older resort but the commons area is very well maintained. The patio is nicely shaded and is only a few steps away from a large sunny pool area. This unit has newer kitchen appliances and the bathroom has a roomy shower. More kitchen storage than even necessary. The only thing lacking is countertop space for cooking.

Marina Sol is my first choice in Cabo and has been since the 1980s. I'm thrilled that some place where I feel so at home has aged so beautifully.

On VRBO they called this apt. Luxurious which it is not.Few things needed to the apt to make a better stay.Property was great, pool was amazing, close to the beach.Too bad we didn’t have beach chairs@umbrella for the beach!

Marina Sol
I have stayed at this property several times. It is always clean and the staff are kind and professional. It is located in a great area where the beach and downtown are easily within walking distance. The gentleman in the front restaurant/bar will make sure you are taken care of with food and beverages. I will definitely stay at Marina Sol in the future.

I had the best getaway weekend. I love traveling to Cabo to decompress. I have stayed in this specific condo two times. Both stays have been amazing. It is a great price and the best location. Casa Jardin met all our expectations
Hi Clint, we really enjoyed being in the first floor overlooking the pool over coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings.
We highly recommend your unit to future rentals. We were two adults and two small kids and we fit comfortably. We enjoyed the wifi and all the TV extras Netflix too mention a few.
One of the best parts was that you don't need to spend extra money on a rental car as everything including the beach is all within walking distance.
We look forward to staying in your unit again soon and we appreciate that you share your home.

Great location !
We stayed in a one bedroom unit. It was clean and comfortable. The lobby, grounds, and pool are great. Medano beach is 2 blocks away and the marina in about a 10 minute walk.

Pure comfort
We loved the condo. The bed and pillows were awesome. Very comfortable . The location was close to everything. The pool area was very inviting and relaxing. If we ever return I would like to stay in the same condo D-101.

Very nice!
Location of our place was 5 stars! Enjoyed the property, restaurant, service, breakfast, waiters. It was peaceful and awesome! There were a couple things in our place that we would change. The light bulbs didn’t make it seem very homey. They should have been softer light. So bright and cool cast. Also the blinds in the bedroom were broken and couldn’t be opened. And it would’ve been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Or maybe just a small fan that could be plugged in the bathroom. We did use the standing fan that was in the bedroom for the bathroom! Overall great place. Would stay there again!
