The home was beautifully decorated. There wasn’t a single detail left out! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and enjoying nature. The perfect location right on the water where we enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and canoeing the river that was steps from the home.
Easier access to the water would’ve been great for my 70 year old parents but that definitely didn’t stop us.

Only the fact that my husband couldn't get this news on the TVs there.

The place was really nicely renovated, lots of space. Would stay again if it weren’t for so many issues.
The outside property has NO upkeep. There were spiderwebs covering every single thing with giant spiders everywhere. You couldn’t even lean on the porch without leaning into one. There were hundreds on small drain moths all inside the house, giant ants in the upstairs bathroom and kitchen. Food crumbs on the “freshly clean” beds. The vines and weeds were way over grown covering the walkways into the house and around the house, including poison ivy and oak. The large tree right next to the house has a huge hornets nest so it was almost impossible to relax outside on the porch without spiders and wasps coming at you everywhere. I called property manager and she acted like it was no big deal, said she would send someone out to clear the webs and bugs. He did none of that. He vacuumed up some of the moths, said he was going to get ant traps for us and then never came back. There was also someone else’s trash all over the outside garage when we got there. Assuming an animal had gotten into it because they did not remove the trash from previous occupants. The Keurig did not work, and the regular coffee pot was not clean as well as some dishes we used. We had to wash them before use. Paid way too much money including a cleaning fee to be worried about bugs in my sleep and cleaning the place myself.
