Absolutely gem! Perfect location- close to the beach and the station, very easy to commute to central Rome, lovely bars and pizzerias, supermarkets round the corner. Paolo and Katia are excellent hosts, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay including food and wine, which was a lovely surprise. They also helped us avoid overpaying for taxi to the airport - brilliant advice given! The apartment has a huge balcony and has a modern finish throughout. Would definitely return to Ostia and Paolo and Katia’s apartment. Highly recommended!

- great location , all shops around, cafe
- all necessary equipment available. Hosts left for us even wine, water, some cookies, Marmelade, and lot of coffee pads! That was very nice.
- parking inside is a great bonuse, but you need to catch it- first come, first take .
Till the see around 10 min walk. But till the paid beaches. Till the free one, a bit longer.
Hosts was available at any time, when we had a questions! Very helpful!
- May be a microwave the only one what is missing. But it’s just a suggestion.

Property was clean, well appointed. Everything you need. Snacks for breakfast, coffee, toiletries. Comfortable bed and a washing machine. Stella was very helpful and gracious.
I was hoping it was a little more central to be walkable. It was Maybe a 10 minute walk to the beach. I wasn't sure about the neighborhood so I didn't walk. Off street parking free and convenient but one night there was no room to park, and no room on the street. After several hours I finally found a place to park on the street.
