About this villa rental
This wonderful stone villa is located in a small town on the island of Krk, Strilčići, in a magical atmosphere and unspoiled nature. The villa has been completely renovated, but has kept the spirit of the past.
Villa has 170 m2 with a large garden of 3000 m2, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle) and dining room. In front of the house is a terrace with a fireplace and seating.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and two bathrooms. Next to the room on the upper floor there is a terrace with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.
The house also has 2 extra beds (the price for the bed per person is 20 euros per day) and can accommodate a total of 8 people.
The central place in the garden takes a large swimming pool (50 m2) with a small covered terrace and deck chairs. The yard is full of olive trees, has swings for children and a large green lawn where you and children can enjoy your time.
The property is completely fenced, has 3 parking spaces and free Wi-Fi.
The nearest restaurant and shop are 1 km away and the nearest beach is 4 km away. Near the villa is the famous tourist town of Malinska (4 km) with beautiful beaches and restaurants.
The villa offers total privacy and beautiful nature and is an ideal choice for those who need rest and relaxation and who want to be far away from mass tourism.

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die einzelnen Räume sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar Pizzaofen, den wir auch genützt haben, draußen, neben dem Griller, vorhanden. Ein riesiger Grund dazu. Unser Hund war den ganzen Tag unterwegs.
Der Pool ist wunderbar. Gefehlt hat uns ein Tischtennistisch. Leider gibt es auch viele Wespen und Bienen. Das war schon ein bisschen lästig, vor allem, weil wir ein Baby mit dabei hatten. Aber sonst wirklich große Klasse!

Bei diesem Haus stimmt alles!
Wunderschöne Lage, ruhig gelegen, Meerblick und Sundowner Terrasse!! Sehr Sauber alles, Vermieter sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!
Sind das 5te mal auf Krk, mit Abstand das schönste Haus wo wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben!!

Wir waren im August 2019 für eine Woche in dem schönen Haus. Hätten es fast nicht gefunden da an der Tür ein Schild "Villa Vincenca" stand und uns die Agentur etwas anderes genannt hatte. Das liegt offenbar daran, dass mehrere Agenturen die Villa betreuen und sie unter unterschiedlichen Namen inseriert wird.
Wir haben uns aufgrund der sehr schönen Bilder für die Villa entschieden und haben vor Ort festgestellt - es sieht genauso bzw. noch schöner aus.
Die Villa hat drei schöne und klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, wir konnten sie flexibel aufteilen durch ein Zustellbett und ein Babybett. Wir waren 2 Familien mit kleinen Kindern - dafür war die Villa perfekt.
Die riesige Wohnküche geht ins Wohnzimmer über und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir haben sogar Pizza gebacken im Steinofen, der mit Holz beheizt werden kann.
Die Villa ist umgeben von viel Natur und liegt in einem sehr kleinen Dorf mit 3 weiteren Häusern - ein Auto ist somit Pflicht.
Wir würden die Villa absolut weiterempfehlen - haben die Woche dort sehr genossen.
