There were a few things we liked about the property. The location was excellent, as it was very close to the shopping centre, which was very convenient. Ironically, the shopping centre offered breakfast options, something the hotel itself lacked. The parking facilities were also good and easy to use.

While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, there were several things that we were disappointed with. The towel policy was one of the biggest issues. I thought it was unfair that we had to pay both a deposit and a rental fee for the swimming pool towels. It felt like an unnecessary extra charge. I also didn't like that we weren't allowed to take the hotel towels downstairs to the pool area. In addition, the room towels were only changed every second day. When we asked for fresh towels, we were told that because there were four of us, we had already been given four towels and that they were only replaced every other day. I found this disappointing and inconvenient. The check-in time was also very late at 4:00 pm, while check-out was quite early at 11:00 am. This meant we lost a significant amount of time at both the beginning and end of our stay. Another disappointment was the lack of breakfast. The hotel only offered sandwiches and similar items, which felt more like a lunch menu than a breakfast service. It would have been nice to have a proper breakfast option available. The bar was also very quiet and lacked any atmosphere, which was a shame as we had expected it to be more lively in the evenings. Finally, the apartment didn't provide any washing-up liquid. Most self-catering accommodation provides at least a small bottle or starter supply so guests can wash cups and plates. We could have bought our own, but as we were only staying for four days, purchasing a full bottle would have been wasteful. Overall, these may seem like small issues individually, but together they had a noticeable impact on our overall experience.
