About this villa rental
Nestled in Ouddorp, this lovely villa for $217 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Light, space, peace and beach, to get a breath of fresh air and to recover. A large, attractive living room with a fireplace, a sitting area and a separate sitting area for TV. The light streams in from all sides and the birds fly in and out in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen and a large dining room table can seat 6 people. Three spacious bedrooms with excellent beds. The Mediterranean bathroom has a walk-in shower, large corner bath, washbasin, hanging toilet and hairdryer. We have made work on the interior so that you can feel at home. In the first rays of sunshine in February you can already drink coffee outside on the terrace on the south side. The house is suitable for families with small children, for pets (safe fenced garden, close to the beach), large children or for several couples who spend their holidays together. Our house is located in the North Sea park within walking distance of the beaches of Ouddorp. You can easily reach the village of Ouddorp or Goederede by bike. Our house itself is an oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation in every season. A short walk of less than 600 meters takes you to the beautiful nature reserve and the famous beaches: 15 kilometers of beach, dunes and forest with a network of cycling and walking paths. After a walk, cross the dune and spot seals and birds! Schönes Haus für mehrere Personen
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 5 Erwachsene mit ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, auch bei schlechtem Wetter. Die Ausstattung perfekt. Im Schuppen war sogar Werkzeug für Fahrräder. Wir hatten unsere eigenen dabei.

Ein wunderbares Haus
Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Haus. Man findet alles was man braucht, um sich dort wohl zu fühlen. Der nah gelegene Strand ( 5 Min mit dem Auto) ist groß und weitläufig.
Wir waren mit Kindern und Hund unterwegs und alle haben die Zeit genossen!

Superschönes Haus sehr gut gelegen!!
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet alles hell und sauber. Der Garten ist gut gepflegt und komplett eingezäumt, was super war wegen unserem Hund. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und boten ihre Unterstützung sofort an bei Fragen oder sonstigem. Die Kommunikation war total unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt etwas weiter ab, was es für uns perfekt macht. Zum Strand mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten. Also wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit krass unschönen Überraschungen
Positiv ist: Das Haus an sich ist schön, für 6 Personen geeignet und ganz hübsch eingerichtet. Allerdings war während unseres Aufenthalts das Internet 2,5 Tage tot und die übrige Zeit äußerst instabil; im Kühlschrank flog bei der ersten Nutzung gleich die in ihrer Halterung defekte Klappe vom Gemüsefach auf den Boden und die Geschirrspülmaschine ließ sich in den letzten 2,5 Tagen nicht mehr starten. Wäre alles nicht so schlimm, wenn der Vermieter helfen würde. Tat er aber nicht. Stattdessen kam nach längeren Chats regelmäßig die Antwort "keine Ahnung," von ihm; und zur Krönung hat er dann am Ende eine Fake-Rechnung aufgemacht, auf der er eine Liste von Schäden, die aber allesamt schon bei unserer Ankunft vorhanden waren, aufgelistet hat, um auch noch die Kaution einzustreichen. Wir überlegen, einen Juristen einzuschalten. Fazit: Schönes Haus, unsäglich geldgieriger Vermieter.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz. Der große Garten ist toll.
Es gibt einen Kinderhochstuhl, ein Reisebett und einen Fahrradsitz für Kleinkinder. Das war wirklich toll!
Es gibt 3 funktionstüchtige Fahrräder! Damit ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand.
Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen!

Ein wunderschönes und so gemütliches Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Wetter war zwar nicht so toll, aber wir haben uns dann nach dem Strandspaziergang umso mehr auf den Kamin gefreut. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Schönes Haus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet
Das Haus an sich im Park ist wirklich sehr schön. Leider haben wir die Küche etwas unsauber vorgefunden. Im Backofen war eine Pfanne mit verschimmelten Essensresten, die Backbleche zum Teil sehr kleberig. Aus einem der Küchenschränke strömte ein unangenehmer Geruch. Wahrscheinlich eher ein Problem der Putzkolonne, hat aber den eigentlich guten Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt.

Tolles Haus mit sehr netten Vermieter !
Das Haus hier hat uns sehr gut gefallen ! Es ist wirklich großzügig und prima für Familien geeignet ! Super viele Fenster sorgen für ein tolles feeling ! Es war alles vorhanden ( Spülmaschine / Waschmaschine und sogar kleine Körbchen gefüllt mit den wichtigsten z.b. Geschirrtabs,Lappen, Shampoo usw.) Zum Strand löuft man ca 15 min und ein Jumbo ist 1,4 km entfernt! Was ich gerne hervorheben möchte ist der super Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ! Dieser hat und vorab eine genau weg Beschreibung schickte und meine Frage nach einem späteren Check out unkompliziert möglich machte ! Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes , gepflegtes und großes Ferienhaus, mit gemütlicher, geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Großer eingezäunter Garten, in dem sich auch die Hunde wohl fühlten. Würde es auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Idyllic and oh so cozy
What a beautiful property, both the villa itself and the setting! Truly idyllic! We found the villa very spacious, well organized and clean. Henk and Micha were a tremendous help, even offering to pick us up at the bus stop near Ouddorp. We made good use of the bikes, riding to the dunes to spend time on the beach, exploring the quaint village and surrounding area, finding lovely spots to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal ,( both at the beach and in the village.) Every sunrise and sunset was spectacular. The nights were vert quiet; tranquil. The early mornings were lovely to just sit with our coffee on the patio before breakfast. Heaven on earth!
