The hotel is clean and modern with a very nice courtyard. It is in a quiet area but not too far from two metro lines and some shops and restaurants. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The water and cold drinks that one can buy at good prices at the reception is a great idea and helped us a lot.
We were in Paris during the heatwave and the hotel does not have aircon, only fans. The fans helped a bit but aircon would have been first prize.

Staff were very helpful and upgraded our room even though it was a last-minute booking. They also provided us with useful information about services and cafés in the area.
The breakfast had a wide choice of fresh ingredients and was quite ample.

Clean and comfortable. Location was within reasonable distance of nearest metro.
Very small bedroom and bathroom space. Heater was not working on first night but then we were given another room on the second night after they could not fix the heater.
