About this cottage rental
'York Point Beach House’ is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage on the water in a quiet setting just 10 minutes west of Charlottetown in Cornwall. Just minutes from restaurants and other service amenities, the cottage sleeps four with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. The dining room comfortably seats 6. The cottage is fully furnished & equipped with propane BBQ, washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances (including dishwasher & air fryer), and WiFi. A 10x16 sunroom and two large panoramic composite decks with steps to the water and a large yard provide ample space for enjoying this peaceful scenic destination. Excellent location for beach-combing or to just relax and watch the wildlife - blue herons, eagles, seals, etc. Popular north shore and south shores beaches are 20-30 minutes away. There are 2 external security cameras on site for security purposes.

Heather was a superb host! She was extremely helpful and shared lots of great tips about the local region. She was also quick to respond to our questions. The cottage was pristine! Sooooo clean! We loved the open, well-stocked kitchen and the coffee nook. The outside deck space with the attached sun room was awesome! We also enjoyed being on a quiet street and having access to the beach. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Charlottetown area.

A very responsive and excellent host(s) who wanted to ensure we had a super experience. The property is in a super waterfront location and as we are from Ontario and our friends are from Colorado it was nice to see the tides and the relaxing sounds of nature and the waves. I would highly recommend this location as we felt at home upon arrival. Thanks, to our fine hosts!!

Fantastic property and amenities! Huge, fully stocked kitchen, lots of living space area, amazing views of water, sunsets. Very quiet location. Great hosts! Would stay here again if I we ever get back to Prince Edward Island!

We had a Great stay at the "Quiet Waterfront Cottage" It was a great location with beautiful views and sunsets. The cottage was well equipped with everything you could ask for. Thanks for a wonderful week.
