Superb

space and the view , walking distance into town, plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs.

bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds very uncomfortable, the only room that was a little dated .

Despite some problems, we loved the house and didn't want to leave!

The house is beautiful and comfortable and practical and very well stocked. There are two very separate living spaces which works really well if travelling with friends or eg two couples/families. The view is amazing, best in Airlie Beach! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, the pool was green and unusable even though we had booked in advance. The property manager on duty did what she could but it was too late to get it right. This was a big disappointment as the pool was a major draw card for us.

View, location, service, convenience, comfort and entertaining area. We had a great time.

Tbh there was nothing I didn't like, but sth to improve would be the inside of the wardrobes, they could do with an update.

Lovely property with a magnificent view that we enjoyed immensely. All of the spaces are comfortable and nicely decorate

The unobstructed view of the marina and magnificent daily sunsets. We loved that the wall of sliding glass doors opened completely allowing the back deck to become part of the entertaining space.

The upstairs and downstairs are not connected by internal stairs. You must go outside and use the deck stairs. Lighting in the upstairs bathroom is very dim. The walk down to Shute Harbor Road. it was fine on the way down but the way up is quite a workout. we didn’t mind, unless carrying groceries.

Just amazing.

Absolutely stunning view. Beautifully appointed home that had everting that we needed. Lovely patio and pool area which was great for entertaining.

The location of the house was in close distance to all Airlie Beach town amenities of shops, cafes, restaurants and tourist activities. The deck was spacious with priceless views of the marina and Whitsunday coastline. A great spot to watch Northerlies New Year Eve fireworks at 10pm and midnight. A short walk to the Heart of Airlie lookout to watch fireworks display at 8.30pm. The pool amenities were great for the 7 people staying at house. The artificial grass and timber pool deck became extremely hot in the afternoon western sun. The walk to Airlie main street is an easy walk, however the walk up the hill may be a challenge for the older, less active individuals. My 78 year old father-in-law managed the hill at least twice a day. A few recommendations to the new owners who recently acquired the property:- * Replace the front door security with one that actually is able to be locked. * Replace the furniture on the veranda deck such as the wicker sun lounge. Very worn, faded and weathered cushion materials. We enjoyed our stay at Point of View and would recommend the accommodation. Would consider again if returning to Airlie Beach with family.
