Rustic property, 5 km from the village of Cerveira, 20 km from the border with Galicia, and beaches on the Portuguese and Spanish coast. Large surrounding garden, with about 3. 000 m2, panoramic pool equipped with deck chairs, sunshades and shower. Area contiguous to the kitchen with shady leafy wisteria, which allows you to enjoy the garden during meals. Barbecue available. Frontier garden to house with wooden deck to create an alternative space in the garden, facing west. The house, although open to the outside, enjoys total privacy, because it is inserted in a rural area, at the edge of the house. Vast zone of parking inside the property. The house has three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with single bed, being possible to accommodate two more people in the social area of the house (extra bed). Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, electric grill, scale, electric mixer). Living room with cable TV, dvd and WiFi internet. The region offers a wide range of landscapes and tourist sites. In Vila Nova de Cerveira, you can find all the necessary services (bank, post office, supermarket, health center, private clinic, etc.) and can enjoy beach, mountain or river. Quiet and isolated place perfect for resting. Suitable for family holidays.

We’ve had a great time in this lovely family home. From a warm welcome untill the personal check out and the quick responses from João, everything was as it should be and more. The pool and its views are amazing, the kitchen is well equipped and the living room very cozy. The serenity of the location has its perks, but makes the WiFi a bit wobbly. We highly recommend a stay at Candemil!
