We had a great stay in Nashville for New Years weekend. The condo was perfect for what we needed and everything that Nashville has to offer was an easy drive away. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville!

All was as expected from photos. Area is close to downtown. They are revitalizing the neighborhood so a little noisy with construction but not too bad. Would recommend to a group of adults.

Nice & clean property. Simple check in and check out. Kitchen came with everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. We had 4-6 people, was better for 4 since it’s only 2 bedrooms but there was enough space for 6. Queen is a pull out in living room and not super comfy but other beds were fine. Location was decent - we went to east Nashville, Opry, downtown - so it was central enough. Ubers/lifts were all between $8-$30ish depending on where we were going and time of day (to and back from places). [we didn’t stay out past midnight]. Never felt unsafe - husband and I even walked to go to a coffee shop one morning and it was good.

Nice townhouse, convenient to highways and downtown. Area in transition but ok if not looking for anything in walking distance. Could use new paint in common areas as walls are showing age. Would stay again.

We came to Nashville to tour Vanderbilt and celebrate our daughter’s birthday. I found this property and the reviews were good. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to drive into a private garage every night and go into the comforts of home. We would definitely stay again.

This place is just like the pictures show. Very nice and well kept. Far enough away from the hustle but close enough to easily get where the action is. All the fun is within a couple miles. Used an Uber many times, great stay, would stay at this place again, highly recommend, thanks!!

We loved our stay in Nashville. some of the pictures listed on the site do make it appear to be 2 full size bedrooms and 1 bunk room for kids based off the decor in pics. The laundry area needs to be cleaned and there was a musty odor as if someone smoked. Ms Allison was so sweet during our booking process. Definitely may need new cleaning staff IMO

This property was lovely and fit our needs very well. Though, it was very out of the way and not in a walkable neighborhood. But, we had a car so that was not a real issue for us. And, it was great to have a garage to pull into every night. One thing that could be improved upon is the storage in the master bedroom. There were no surfaces or drawers to put anything except one shelf in the closet. Other than that, this home was very comfortable!

We had a wonderful time, the property was quiet, but not too far from all the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Very cute decor and the kitchen/living room was a great place for all of us to hang out! Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay in this property. This was the 1st vacation we've taken without our kids in 25 years and we couldn't have picked a better place. It was very clean and just beautiful. Not too far from downtown at all. We drove downtown and it took about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed at Allison’s property for a long weekend in March. The house was as described and clean. The location is definitely “up and coming” as some other reviews have also stated, but we felt safe and it was a short Uber to downtown Broadway. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall we had a great stay, thank you!

Overall, I’d say the place is wonderful. It’s a quick drive to Broadway, and we found a parking garage on 3rd north to make it really convenient. We were in town for the Womens SEC basketball tournament. Cleanliness was pretty good. Ceiling fans needed attention, but overall clean. Neighborhood is a transitioning one. We never felt unsafe, just don’t go walking around at night. I’d definitely stay here again. Hostess does a great job of communicating.
