About this house rental
Located in Black Forest, this lovely house for $317 per night is a great choice for your next trip. New home built in 2018 ready to accommodate any family or group traveling to Colorado Springs! This fantastic home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study and 2 car garage! The home sleeps 10 people comfortably and all 4 bedrooms have walk in closets! *NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES* Home comes stocked with INCREDIBLE accommodations to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. This fully furnished home includes cable, WiFi, memory foam mattresses, pantry supplies, coffee, pots and pans, snacks, bottled water and much more! We furnished this home to provide everything a traveling business person or group, vacationers or families would need to truly be a Home Away From Home! Less then 20 minutes to the interstate and within 5 minutes of dining and entertainment. This home is designed to specifically accommodate guests. The home comes fully furnished and has everything you should need. Every bedroom contains a memory foam mattress and walk in closet. There is a baby gate, baby monitor and pack and play available as well. We furnish the bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper as we don't want you to have to worry about the essentials! There is a hair dryer available in the master bathroom. The laundry room is fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent, bleach, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with a side by side refrigerator/freezer combo with ice machine, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster, Tupperware, coffee maker (coffee, creamer and sugar provided), spices, condiments, cooking oils, and select sauces! We even have children's plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and a high chair to accommodate our little Guests! The living room has a 65" LED Smart TV that includes over 140 channels! The TV also offers Netflix, Hulu, Prime video etc with the push of a button for those with a subscription to these platforms. The master bedroom has a 42" LCD TV with over 140 channels as well! The entire home has blazing fast internet speeds of up to 150 Mbps download speed; perfect for streaming videos and games or just browsing the web! The huge back patio includes exterior seating as well as a BBQ grill with propane and grilling tools provided. Designed to enjoy the outdoors as Colorado Springs has more than 300 sunny days a year! There is a surveillance system on the property. There are 3 outdoor cameras which are viewable on the TV in the kitchen. There is also a Ring doorbell on the front door. This home has everything you should need and then some! The only thing that is missing, is YOU! The entire home is yours and check in is a breeze as every reservation gets their own access code to the smart lock on the front door. The 2 car garage is available for your use as well! Overall the neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly! Home is within walking distance of a park and only minutes from restaurants, movie theaters and shopping. This house was perfect for our.families Thanksgiving in Colorado Springs. It was super clean. The kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook. The pantry was sticked with spices for your use.
The owners were super nice a d responsive to my questions.

Stay was great, spent time with daughter who is a residence of Colorad Springs, enjoyed Pikes Peak, the Kiva's , 7 Falls, and my daughters birthday!!!!! The house was very nice!!! Hope to stay there on my next trip to Colorado.

Nice property, could use a general cleaning including the carpet which, gave off a musty smell. The furnace heated the upstairs too much, downstairs was fine. With these improvements all would be perfect. Thanks! Zack Hill

Our family had a great time with this stay! Everything was just as described and very accommodating. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the stocked kitchen definitely helped! We even got to enjoy some football and corn hole while we were there. Stefan and Devin were also very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great first experience with a VRBO!
This was our first experience with a vacation rental and it was great! Stefan and Devin were very responsive to any questions I had. The house was extremely clean and well stocked - including lots of baby items like a pack-n-play and highchair for our 10 month old granddaughter. It was so nice not to have to pack those extras. Our only critique is, with the extremely warm weather this year, the master bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the bedrooms. However, as I said, the house was well stocked and there were extra fans in the bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the rental to anyone!

This property was perfect for my family's stay in Colorado Springs. Everything was clean, convenient and was just as described in the listing. Plenty of room in the house and the owners provide nice amenities for their guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay near family
This is a nice and clean house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was just minutes away from my daughter’s home which was quite convenient. Just wish there were lamps in the bedrooms. But we will definitely stay here again if we have another large family event.

Wifi was great, and the house felt secure and safe.

The house was great, very clean and spacious for all eight of us. Great location to our wedding event. The homeowners were very accommodating, they were able to let’s us arrive earlier on check in day as our rehearsal dinner was in the early afternoon. Very nice, easy to work with.

The house is nicely decorated and has a very well-stocked kitchen. We have rented several houses and typically do not find such an assortment of seasonings, etc... The bathrooms were also supplied with ample toilet paper and hand soap as well as travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap bars. We appreciated such thoughtful touches.
The backyard is lovely and well-maintained.
The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. My husband and I took walks each morning and met some of the neighbors.
It is located near shopping and restaurants and is an easy drive to attractions like Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Zoo, and the Air Force Academy. Our son was moving into an apartment at UCCS and it is an easy 20 minutes to campus.
We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed quickly by the owners. They responded within minutes.
One suggestion to make staying here even more enjoyable would be to put curtains (preferably light blocking) on the bedroom windows - especially those on the front of the house. The sun is very bright early in the morning and the neighbors front lights can be pretty bright at night.
We'd also suggest installing a thermostat that can be easily adjusted. There were times we would have liked it cooler and times we would have liked it warmer and it would have been nice to be able to adjust it without contacting the owners in the middle of the night to unlock the Nest thermostat.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and would stay again in the future.

Last of summer family getaway
We always spend a week in the mountains the week prior to school resuming. This year we chose Colorado Springs. In our search for a place for the four of us to stay, we found this gem of a home, and we could not be more pleased that we did! This home is very spacious, well laid out, with more than enough room for us (we didn’t even use two of the four bedrooms available). The kitchen is truly fully equipped with anything we needed to prepare meals at home. The entire house was spotless from top to bottom. Plenty of towels and linens, all obviously cleaned and prepped just before our arrival. The living room was cozy and comfy, allowing for some wonderful family time playing games and watching the Olympics. We also enjoyed the back patio with possibly a hundred rounds of corn hole, enjoying a drink and the cool evenings as the sun set off to our west. The location of the home is out of the busy, hustle of Colorado Springs, in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood, but also within a 20-30min easy drive to almost anything you’d want to see or do while in the Colorado Springs area. We only needed to contact the owners a couple of times about some very minor, technical questions, to which they responded back to us literally within seconds, resolving the issues in the same manner. We could not recommend this home more for anyone coming to the area. We know if and when we return here for another family vacation, we need look no further for a home to enjoy. We will keep this home in our ‘saved’ VRBO stays to return again, sooner hopefully rather than later.
