Food is not available ; although restaurants are 10-12 minutes walk away .

The property is right opposite madgaon railway station. The owner is very good and helped us with good restaurant suggestions. We stayed here for a stopover on our way to airport.

The owner's behaviour was good. The washroom was clean , it's on you what kind of room you choose.
There was no helper and it was on the first floor so if you have lots of luggage it should be a problem .

Good location, just behind the railway station, walkable distance.
Available A/C in room.
Pure budget stay, very ordinary ,indian style, commode.
Doesn't include soap, towel, tooth paste etc.
Cleanliness could be better.
If you want something cheap stay compared to Goa hotels, it's ok but don't expect very clean & comfortable like hotel.
