South Ballard location: WALK to all this popular area has to offer: QFC grocery, Olafs bar, Rupee restaurant, old town, Ballard Locks, espresso hang outs, and many popular restaurants and shops. Quiet unit with all HEATED polished concrete FLOORS and two stylish bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen with gas range and stone counters. Eight foot ceilings throughout apartment. Master bedroom has king bed & its own bathroom with tile shower. Hall bathroom has shower. Hide-a-bed couch that is brand new and has fold out memory foam mattress. TV now new larger one. Apartment has had extensive soundproofing so you are comfortable. Owner is builder. **Pets Welcome** South Ballard’s friendliest Vacation Rental with top reviews** Bobby & Jensa. This part of Ballard is among the most peaceful yet close to the action of Ballard. We are west of 24th which is less busy than east of 24th. We are one house off of 28th, the boundary of all single family homes to the west, again a more relaxed area than to the east. You can easily walk to the Green Grocer, Olaf's, Rupee, Kimchi House, Samara & Piccolinos on 32nd-walk! and Copine (Michelin rated gourmet restaurant!) and the new gourmet place ADDO which are due east on 24th and 63rd. If you want a more extensive grocery selection hit QFC on 24th and 57th. Walkable! And just two more blocks is Market Street and Ballard Avenue, the main streets in Old Ballard. Ballard Ave. is one of the best streets in Seattle full of shops, restaurants and pubs! If you are in town on Sunday a must attend is the Ballard Sunday Market on Ballard Ave! Please ask us for tips anytime for things to do in the area. We have been living and working in the area for decades and know every inch of Ballard and Seattle. This apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed in it. The beds are super comfy! The apartment is spacious with a nice outdoor area. Showers are very nice with excellent water pressure. Basic toiletries provided. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to bus lines. I would definitely stay here again!

overall very nice. only complaint lack of instructions within the unit. Not much on paper. We had to guess as how to leave the property, so we stripped the beds, towels into laundry. Loaded dishwasher. Could not use the TV, way too complicated with no simple instruction

We had a great time in Seattle and the apartment was just as advertised. It was easy to find and in a great location for all the things we wanted to see and do in Seattle. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

We couldn't have been happier with this place, it was perfect. I'm not sure it could've been better located to access all that Ballard has to offer on-foot. A 1-1.5 mile walk gets you to 15+ breweries, numerous coffee shops (all delicious), restaurants ... perfect. There's a direct bus line pickup to Pike Place barely 5 minutes away, and when you get home, you have a private, cozy place to rest. Can't wait to stay here again. Everything at the place was clean and well cared for, owner was communicative and friendly.

This was a perfect place for my stay in Ballard! It's got "location, location, location" covered. Close to everything you would want to be close to. Check in was so easy and all directions for the stay were complete and thoughtfully easy to access. Walking in, the first impression was very nice, spacious, lots of natural light and very comfortable. It's obvious that Bobby has put a lot of forethought into what you may want or need. All of the amenities are thoughtful and very updated. Clean, fresh and feels very safe. The kitchen is great and perfect if you decide to cook. The appliances are new and "high end". Very modern and comfortable in an older established neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again in warmer weather and using the patio. Excellent base for a stay in Seattle. Looking forward to my next visit. Can't say enough nice things about this property.

We stayed here for two night, while my father was receiving Cancer treatments at Swedish. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Very cozy, comfortable, well equipped and quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent location in Ballard with privacy and a lot of space for a family. With three adults it was nice to have two full bathrooms. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner there— kitchen is stocked with enough cookware! (Our only criticism is that the pans are coated surface, like Teflon, and are scratched.) we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host had the check-in process easy and helpful. He even open the property to a baby gear company so everything was ready for us when we arrived. It is in such a cute area and next to many locations.
