The crew were extra friendly! The property maintenance is flawless. Everything is highly cleaned and the food is great! Our kids enjoyed and had best time. The shows on the Amphi are great and enjoyable for the kids .

מלון מפנק, הכל כלול וכל הזמן יש פינוקים. פארק מים מושלם לילדים וחוף ים פרטי עם מפרץ סגור ונעים. השירות של הצוות מצוין בכל מקום. יש הופעות ובידור ויש מגוון מהכל. מועדון ספורט ענקי.

The service is excellent, all the personal were extremely friendly, helpful and are doing everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There are a lot of restaurants and food corners all around the resort. The food is very good with a large variety.
There are many swimming pools with food corners and free towels as many as you like, sports activities, a large waterpark with all kind of slides, massages, etc. A nice shop were they sell e.g. plastic toys for the pool and even do inflate them for free.
There are no lifeguards at the swimming pools.
Some rooms are not up to standard for a 5-star hotel.
There is no consideration for certain guests/children while displaying a head of a pig at the buffet in the main restaurant.
