Well priced Beach cottage in a great location. So close to the Beach and Golf club. Some water views through the trees from the backyard. Needs a few updates but great value for money for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house.

Was a convenient place to stay. Property was lovely, but a little dated hence why not 5 stars. But functional and had all we needed for a weekend away. Would stay again.

Nice clean property, close to golf club, water views. If staying in winter, property needs more heating options whilst it has a wood fire and a oil heater and extra blankets provided, it wasn’t enough to keep house warm. House is lovely otherwise.

Great location and clean. However, for the price paid, there were a few issues: musty odour throughout, mouldy curtains, roof leaked in sunroom during heavy downpours; Had to use containers and towels to catch water, no wi fi, no wood supplied for heater.

It was a pleasant place to stay in a lovely location but it was cool in winter. It had a wood stove which looked great but provided very little heat and there was no other heating. It was generally pleasantly appointed but the kitchen could do with some TLC eg it had a microwave but no dishes to use in it. This was the only part of the house that was not immaculately clean. Also during our stay two sets of the (owner's) shells disappeared from the bowls in which they were displayed. There was no obvious break in and nothing else was taken but the whole thing was rather spooky. I reported the incident to the agent, who had no explanation either and we have never found out what happened. In general I would recommend it as a place to stay in summer.

The pictures do not reflect accurately the condition of the home. The house is in desperate need of some maintenance and repairs. The dishwasher was broken and bbq unusable. Furniture was old and uncomfortable. The view was nearly completely blocked by overgrown bushes. Overall I was very disappointed with our stay and would not stay there again.

The pictures of this property are misleading. The walls have flaking and cracked paint and are generally in poor condition. There are a couple of areas where holes have been punched in the walls exposing asbestos beneath and the furnishing is old and very sparse. The 'sea views' are almost non existent due to the overgrown bushes in the back yard. To their credit, the agent did mention that they have had a couple of complaints about the maintenance of the property however didnt go into detail so being just for two nights we decided to go with it. Mistake!! This property needs removing from holiday rental and given some long needed attention before being put back. Dont waste your money!!

We stayed at this property in July. To be honest the property is quite hard work in winter. The fire needed to be run pretty constantly in order to warm the house for habitation. There are properties with much better amenity for the same cost available in Mollymook.
