About this house rental

Situated in Mollymook, this attractive house for $309 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a terrific house on so many fronts. Natural light combines with an expansive floor plan to deliver a super functioning holiday home with so much flexible space everyone will enjoy. Whether it's drinks on the verandah and a BBQ after a day at the beach, utilising the modern, fully-equipped kitchen to cook a meal, or heading out to one of the many eateries, this is truly the home that provides it all. The open plan living/dining is full of natural light and nicely furnished, with sliding doors out to the verandah. The expanse of glass windows offer views of the local landscape and beyond to the sea. A smart TV, books, games and DVD provide thoughtful touches for your convenience. 2 further bedrooms, one queen and 1 double, both have BIRs and share the main bathroom, while at the back of the house, past the laundry with a second fridge, is another 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. Right at the end you will find a large back rumpus room with lounges, TV, DVD, and ping pong table, perfect for holiday entertainment. The generous back yard is ideal for kids and there is a carport as well as street parking. So many boxes ticked! An absolutely spot-on location, this home sits just a block back from the beautiful and popular Mollymook Beach, offering that idyllic coastal holiday we all dream of. Swimming, surfing, fishing, even stand-up paddle-boarding are all on offer and Mollymook Beach is patrolled by the surf club from the October long weekend to the April holidays. With a great park around the corner with extensive play equipment you will have no trouble entertaining the kids. If you enjoy golf, the well-regarded golf course is literally 50 metres away with its delightful club bistro overlooking the sea. There are two cafes within a short stroll of the property, and some rather special restaurants just along the beach esplanade at North Mollymook: the iconic restaurant Bannisters Pavilion and popular fusion restaurant, Gwylo. Further up the hill is Rick Stein at Bannisters, perfect for a special meal out. You'll also find a small shopping centre there. If you require more, it's only a short drive south to Ulladulla CBD where supermarkets, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes offer further options. Alternatively, drive a few minutes north-west into the historic Milton and explore the art galleries and antique centres. Walk south to Bogey's Hole, the heritage-listed sea baths and enjoy a dip. There are plenty more lovely coastal walks nearby so you won't want for activities in this beautiful locale. Whether you're looking for a family group with children or booking a golfing holiday for a few couples, this is a terrific holiday home. We were a family of 6 adults and 5 children. The house was big and comfortable for us all and had everything we needed. Communication from McGraths was seamless. Close to the beach meant we didn’t have to take cars.
