JC was very welcoming and has really put an effort in redoing the apartment.
Comfortable, two large bedrooms, nice kitchen and large living room. Furtermore, JC welcomes the apero/barbecue in the courtyard (where you can safely park your car).
JC also had water juice and rosé (of course) ready for us.
The apartment is approx 10minutes walk from the old center and the neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk back in tge evening. It is also practical to reach the countryside or shop at mallsnearby.
Thank you for the hospitality and real value for money.

Appartamento stupendo, pulitissimo con aria condizionata (da non sottovalutare in estate). L’host FANTASTICO. Accogliente gentile simpatico, ci ha fatto trovare un kit di benvenuto con acqua latte succo di frutta e Vinooooooo. Dimenticavo anche pan brioche. Mai trovata una persona così accogliente e simpatica e gentile.

È stato tutto piacevole, dall'accoglienza del proprietario che oltre ad illustrarci la casa ci ha fornito utili dettagli per le escursioni al confort di casa.... Non manca nulla nella cucina, aria condizionata, posto auto sicuro e sempre disponibile all'interno del cortile.... Nel cortile è possibile fare barbecue e sedersi a tavola o godere il fresco sotto il pergolato. Il centro pedonale di Arles si trova a meno di 5 minuti in auto.... Nonostante questo la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa....
Se guardste il luogo da street view non lasciatevi condizionare dal quartiere in cui è posto l'appartamento che può apparire degradato e di fatto lo è, ma a noi è apparso tutto tranquillo, silenzioso e l'appartamento è un gioiello nuovo, curato nei dettagli in mezzo ad un quartiere periferico probabilmente da riqualificare ma attaccato al centro di Arles raggiungibile in pochissimo....
