Hotel taxi is very expensive to the airport which is only 10 minutes drive but I was charged £25!

partie après le petit dej sans avoir pu me doucher!!!!!

Acceuil par Mohamed à l'arrivée super, après avoir galérai pour trouver l'hôtel , car situation GPS inexistante. chambre TOP, vue piscine TOP, diner restaurant TOPPISSIME mais l'hôtel international 5 étoiles, ne fournit pas un seul verre de vin car vous y logez pendant le ramadan!!!!

le lendemain fut catastrophique !!!! douche avant petit dej tout explose dans la SdeB une vrai piscine de l'eau partout sur les murs, le sol et pire mes cheveux!!!! petit déjeuner très très moyen, jus d'eau aux légumes , pas de yaourt, pas de fromage hormis vache qui rit, déplorable .

Reposant, excellente vue et service au top

Excellente chambre, vue magnifique sur mer. Le petit déjeuner était tres bon et varie. L'accès a la mer est directe (plage vide, paradisiaque). Le personnel était au petit soin, tres souriant et serviable. Mention spéciale a Jalil qui était exceptionnel.

Paisible et donne une sensation de détente et de confort loin du stresse de la vie quotidienne

L’accueil est agréable avec Melle Wissal, et service de chambre très à l’écoute avec m le Fatima. Le restaurant c’est une vraie délice. Merci à toute l’équipe

Au début j’ai reçu une chambre non aérée avec une odeur de moisissure. Il paraît que c’est la chambre réservée sur booking mais la situation s’est vite amélioré par la réactivité de Mme Loubna belkady et de monsieur Jalil Talhaoui.

Not exceptional as you expect from an Hilton property

Hilton has a minimum standard. It was as expected

The property was a bit quiet. Had high expectations as it was a beach property. However, the beach was not maintained well. I spent more on taxis than the room rent. Please have your own car if you plan to stay here. Staff responsiveness to requests were quite slow. Even the signages were not correctly marked. It was struggle to find the room.

Amazing for location, rooms are great, but don’t expect a culinary experience.

It’s beautiful location, close to beach and outside of city, calm and very relaxing . Also pretty impressive architecture

So I feel it’s overpriced, especially the dinner. It was nice but the dining room felt actually like a cheaper snack bar. The food was nice indeed but nothing extraordinary just abundant. The space ( chairs tables etc ) were really standard and it felt like I paid 400dhs (which believe is a lot for Morocco) for nothing really, no value add… there used to be not much choice of drinks, no wine no beer… I would have expected this from a international hotel chain, of this

Si il n'y avait pas ce problème d'odeur celui ci était parfait

Confort, calme ,personnel au petits soins .hotel et cadre magnifique.restauration excellente .plage propre et magnifique

On nous a donné une chambre qui a dut être occupé par un fumeur , impossible d'enlever l'odeur de la cigarette (1 semaine ). Les chambres sont équipés d'un appareil qui parfume la chambre mais malgré cela c'était désagréable .on m'a proposé une fois de changer les draps et les autres fois de vérifier la machine.C était vraiment désagréable ,des qu'on ce posait sur le lit on sentait que même les draps était imbibé par l'odeur ,quelle déception .En plus de cela la machine qui masque les odeurs faisait bcp de bruits le matin .C est dommage surtout pour une chambre familiale à ce prix là avec une maman enceinte .

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is exceptional and the hotel itself is stunning. Moutaz and his team in the buffet restaurant were first class! Food was incredible. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Big disapointment for our honeymoon.

The beach,the food in the restaurant near Swimmingpools and its staff.

First The service was really slow as we expected to be more than that. Second ,the breakfast looked like it is just leftovers ,everything was hard (msemen,bread,harsha....) There is no restaurant service after 10pm and no body at the reception informed us about it ,at the end we were told that it is only possible to get the food in the room which was really not nice and disapointed that we had dinner at almost 3 in the morning on top of this there was no menu in the room and when we called to get served that dinner to the room , a person at the phone asked me to give order on the phone which was not professional. Third,To get served the coffee in the bar ,took 20minutes and the guy did not even appologized for the delay. AT THE END WE DISCOVERED THAT WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT WE DID NOT BOOK. Last but not least,The girl in the reception was not compitent neither professional at all,she was going to charge us second time the breakfast the we had in the room first morning. .It was really disapointed.
