The house is spacious and neat with everything you need as in your house. As a bonus, there are many of Oresti's artifacts and photos from his travels, which gives an adventures note. If you want to relax you have full privacy in the backyard with the green grass (kids and the dog were playing there all the time when not in the beach). Btw, Loutsa is one of the best spots in Attica area for the windsurfing and kitesurfing. You can do/learn/rent in several clubs there (10-15min walk). Definitely I can recommend Orestis house.

Nice location, well equipped, clean, very friendly host. Close to the beach, busstop (busses to Athens, Rafina and airport) restaurants, mini-markets, bakery. All within walking distance.
