Easy access from the center , really easy to follow by foot or by buss .

The guy who welcomed us (probably the owner) was kind and the place was easy to access. The bathtub was a nice extra facility.
The room was quite simple and both walls and flooring were thin. We didn't really feel comfortable walking and talking loudly (in order to disturb guests). There is a bathtub, which is nice, but it didn't feel safe using it, due to house statics...

- igrasie pe toti peretii
- podea murdara (nu era parchet sau vreo suprafata neteda, ci cel mai ieftin "lemn" OSB, cu urme vizibile de murdarie impregnata), arata de parca nu a fost curatata vreodata;
- lipsea prosopul de picioare la baie; pe langa ca trebuia sa umbli descult pe podelele acelea innegrite, nu aveai pe ce sa pui piciorul cand ieseai din dus.
