Situated in Desert Ridge, this charming house for $180 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This three bedroom private home is perfect for any getaway to the valley! Located just across the street from Desert Ridge Market place in the beautiful town of North Scottsdale. The market place offers everything you need form gas and groceries to fine dining, shopping, and even group activities such as bowling and movies. Just north of the home is hiking trails, biking paths, and multiple parks for outdoor recreation. Inside the home has been completely remodeled form top to bottom and brand new furnishings. There is a sitting room located to the right of the entry door and a private dining room to the left of the entry way. Through the hall you will see a large open kitchen with new upgraded appliances, tons of counter space, and every cooking utensil you could imagine. In the open floor plan the kitchen opens to a huge family room with a fireplace and large flat screen TV. From here you have views and the entry to the private yard with a private pool, lay out chars, BBQ, and sitting area. The home has three bedrooms the master is equipped with a private bathroom with stand up shower, king bed, large walk in closet, and TV. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with a plush mattress and a desk for office use. The last bedroom has a queen bed and sits adjacent the second full bath with a tub/shower combo. In the hall there is a laundry area with full size washer and dryer. the home has a 2 car garage and private driveway that could fit two more vehicles. Casago House Rules ** Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. ** ~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. ~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM ~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM ~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time ~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." ~ No pets or large gatherings ~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. ~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. ~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection ~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. ~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap. ~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance. ~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. **Minimum Stay of 30 nights** TPT License #21294164

Property was very well maintained and located in a quiet location close to a major shopping centre with all the amenities any person could need. Loved the walking paths close by too.

We stayed an entire month at this home. The location is convenient to shopping, walking, golf and hiking. The home itself was impeccably clean and decorated nicely. Very quiet neighborhood.

We love the location of this property, which is close to a beautiful walking trail, great restaurants, and shopping. It is neat and well-maintained. We are scheduled for another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here, so why only four stars? The house is a nice new modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the Desert Ridge area of north Phoenix, just off the 101 at Tatum. It's nicely furnished, and conveniently located. The UNHEATED pool was nice, but a little too cold to use in March. It's laid out funny, with a living room and dining room easy up front that we didn't use. There's a nice walking trail at the end of the street, and a GIANT shopping /dining marketplace a few blocks away. We ate at BJ's, In n Out, and Slice. For groceries we shopped at Albertsons. So why not 5 stars? Two days before check-in Casago wanted to charge me an extra $500 (refundable) for utilities. Multiple phone calls resulted in them FINALLY agreeing to wave the fee. Most of the calls went like this, me speaking, then dear air, dear air, dead air, then me asking if they were still there, then more dead air. They wouldn't give me the front door code until I paid. The finally waved the fee and gave me the code, one day before check-in. Then texted after midnight to see if I was enjoying it. As I said, we did enjoy it and would stay there again. Your experience may differ.

Clean comfortable oasis
We stayed at this property for nearly a month and it was as comfortable as our home. The kitchen had all basic cookware, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and linens. The home and pool were clean and all in great condition. The home is walking distance to an outdoor mall area with many shops and restaurants. The added bonus was a long and scenic walking path that winds through the neighborhood.
