Beautiful setting, warm and helpful staff, very comfortable bed and clean. The dining experience was great (make reservations before you go for dinner) and breakfast was excellent. The Prosecco tasting was great. Would definitely return if in the area
WiFi in the room could be better. Directions to Villa Sandi Prosecco tasting need to be clearer as we got lost. Recommend a little map on the flier and instructions on the email.

It is a lovely estate with a lovely wine tasting area and garden but I think it is overpriced given there are many other more beautiful places in the mountains with more modern amenities. This one sits on a main road. Our checkin by Marta was very welcoming and the lady running the breakfast an absolute professional. Our friends were in the garden room. These are much more modern and more private than the rooms in the main building which did not have a fridge. The rooms in the main building are quaint and comfortable in an old farm house style building.
The dinner service was absolutely terrible. Plates were not cleared and we were not offered any further drinks. Our friend had to walk up to the bar to order aperitifs that did not arrive but were later charged to us. Each time we tried to signal a waiter we were ignored. There were lots of young people working in this restaurant who clearly don’t get what excellent service means. Excellent means perfect every time. Sadly not here. I regret booking the dinner here. I would say find a local agri tourismo without the snobbery for better local food.

Pleasant staff at check-in, nice surprise with accommodation in the garden. The lady at breakfast was also very nice and smiling.
at dinner there was a small problem with the staff. at first everything was fine, but as time went on they (ignored) us and we couldn't order anything anymore.

Amazing staff- dining room staff was Exceptional along with the food. Beautiful rooms & property.
Check in process was under staffed- left out some important information that would have added to our experience. We wanted to tour the estate however was not provided information till end of our 2nd day. Was unfortunate.
