I'm s big fan of Andrez flats in Prague. This is the 4th we've rented, but the first time at this location. It was the studio and was great, clean, comfortable and great location near the old town.
The only thing we didn't like was the noise. I know when you are in the center it's noisy, but across the street are TWO pubs, so it was extremely loud with music, laughter, talking, yelling, etc until almost 4am.

The decoration was lovely. Very clean. Position was excellent. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
Shelves next to wardrobe kept falling down. A serated knife would have been useful as woukd a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed.

Location
I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. First of all, I never received the check-in instructions. When I called to resolve it, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unpleasant. The room itself was in an unacceptable condition. There was an unbearable smell coming from the drains, which was so strong that I couldn’t sleep at all. On top of that, the TV did not work. Calling the helpline during the night would not have helped me anyway. As a "compensation," the hotel offered me a ridiculous 190 CZK. I accepted it, but it was a complete joke compared to a ruined night and a total lack of sleep. It was a terrible experience with awful customer service. I definitely do not recommend this place.
